it is incredibly painful to see that they just give russia the benefit of the doubt yet everyone else needs several primary sources and pictures its so silly, KH-38MT apparently has gen 3 thermals (bare in mind russia struggles to domestically produce gen 1 never mind gen 3) They could have given the Su25SM3 KH-25MTP instead which are far more like mavs with no IOG a 20km range and subsonic yet here we are a weapon better then things like SLAM-ER and we dont even have that

Yeah, no. Anyone who has played the A-10C knows it’s one of the worst CAS platforms at it’s. Hell, even Hunter, an excellent CAS player, thought it’s ARB and GRB BRs were swapped at launch. The F111F and B+ are way better options.
Of all the agms Gaijin could’ve chose from, they chose that? Again, are you seriously telling me that the KH38 is a right choice? A 12.0 or 12.3 SM3 with Kh59 would’ve been a much better choice. And it’s selling point would’ve been that it the first aircraft to carry long range IR agms.
If you want a broken agm, just say so. Stop trying to play mental gymnastics

That’s exactly right. CAS certainly has a place in GRB/CA but the biggest problem has been a lack of reliable SPAA access for most of the nations in the game as well as lack of CAP access.
When it comes to fighting Russia in top tier it’s impossible because none of the NATO SPAA is good enough and trying to counter via CAP is borderline useless because of the Pantsir, so we have a situation where Russia gets to run roughshod over everyone else and are only defeated by the sheer incompetence of the players, but those losses are too far and few between and because of the absolute lack of balance lots of players - Myself included - Have quit top tier entirely.

Even without pantsir spawn you have to be fast enough to kill them like 10sec after they spawn or your team are dead.

Yep. CAS and CAP should spawn from the airfield in GRB/CA regardless of BR range. Kh-38MT slingers only reinforce that argument ontop of how busted the fantasy missile is and again, that it should be removed outright.

I can understand the F-111F but B+ ? Hell no.
It has 4x 65Ds and 2x 9Ms. That loadout surely doesn’t beat A-10C’s, especially since the latter can carry some GBUs.

I don’t want unbalanced vehicles in the game, which is why I never liked 38MTs on 30SM.

It wasn’t “rus main trauma” but that of everyone that went up against it. It’s also not a justification for anything, it’s a counterpoint to people claiming that one nation having better CAS is somehow new, or that this instance of it is particularly bad. It’s stupid and dishonest to present the KH-38MT as some sort of proof of “Russian bias” and doesn’t work unless you ignore a decade of precedent.
It would be nice if people advocated for better top tier CAS balance. They dont. They just cry about one individual aspect of it that happens to get a lot of kills currently.
