The Kh-38MT may not actually exist

I believe most top tier IR weapons have the same seeker on them.

anyone has evidence of test firing or prototype testing?

no

Thats right

You all seem to forgett we are playing a video game here and not something which will change history or change life or death. Everybody gets way too emotional when the other gets the best toy for the current patch and is quiet when they get it in the next one.

many other missiles can be proven, interesting how this one can’t be

I don’t claim it does exist, i say i think it’s possibe it does.
Is that enough to have it in game ? I don’t really care. It’s here, it was very cancer, now it’s gotten better and it’s not that big of a deal anymore.

5 consecutive patches at this point.

As for “just a game” argument, it’s just a generic one once the rest is depleted tbh. Yes is a game, yes it’s not life or death, i’m aware, but a game is meant to be fun, and those things are ruining it for quite a large majority of players at top tier, as the polls seems to indicate

looking at the amount of your replies here it is probably a lie to say that you “don’t care” but alright

If they werent here, they would find something else CAS related to cry about, so…

The increased spawn costs did help and there are not nearly as many up in the first 3 minutes of the game as before

I have enough nations to play for whatever is fun.

The thing is that I never claimed it doesn’t exist, which is something that can’t be proven. This is the whole reason I started engaging in this mini discussion.
People in this thread are adamant something doesn’t exist, which as I said, is a totally wrong stance on something like that.

I already told you that the burden of proof is with the plaintiff, which is OP in this case. I also told you how you can prove something like this isn’t real, things get cancelled mid research all the time.

No you can’t.
Project cancellations are documented and as such should be visible.

Schrodinger Kh-38MT :D

I’m not Gaijin nor I gather information for them about stuff they’ll add in the game.
The thing is, I already explained how circumstantial evidence is present which should be more than enough to add things in the game. This isn’t some UFO found in Area 51 or a French Mach 30 missile with 2000km of range, as most of the parameters about the missile is actually proven to be true.

Also, let’s reflect to the topic of this thread. After 3500+ posts I still haven’t found closure to this thread, aka someone proving KH-38MT doesn’t exist which can actually be proven as this is nothing more than a project.

Going forwards you won’t be able to prove anything as things will get pretty classified, so let’s stop adding them in the game ?

@Beeschurger
I see you’re still mix up terms of discovery and existence.

such as? I would love to hear the woes of the SU30SM or Su34 hell ven the Su25SM3

if it does exsist it almost certiantly not in the way it is in game currently, I would probably have at most gen 2 thermals and most likely be like Hammer with out the ability to track targets in motion

No, you go with publicly available information. For KH38 MT and its entry in active service, there is none, so it doesn’t get added. Simple as, really.

Repeat it as much as you want, “circumstantial evidence” is not enough when trying to prove something.

No document for cancellation will exist if said project was never started. The KH-38MT was an “Look what we could possibly do if you give us money to do it.” But by the lack of evidence it looks like NO ONE wanted to fund it. So instead everyone funded the laser guided variant.

You will not find documentation for anything that didn’t make it past a sales pitch.
