Someone already tried
Lets just add laser pods to Russian jets sure there was a mock-up somewhere. Why do they have to prove anything anymore
Found some promotional material
Ace Combat 7 Multiplayer | Fort Grays Deathmatch | Su-57 with Pulse Lasers
Gaijins got enough time to make a video about the Su-30SM and say that the Kh-38MT is its “main ground strike weapon”, but cant be bothered to actually make any official statement on the Kh-38MT’s existence or its future in the game:
Looks like we aren’t ever getting a response and the things here to stay.
I’d say that Japan/Germany got the most fake things added to them over the years.
Limiting their aircraft to carry only 6 missiles while they could carry more than a dozen would also be unrealistic and fake.
I love when people try to place their own fake limitations and whatnot, while getting upset when Gaijin does the same thing.
Quick reminder that 9 other nations are still waiting for their HE-VT SPAAGs.
still no proof it exists?
Quantity mitigation in a gamemode like GRB via something like SP cost would be fair and reasonable for the sake of game balance as long as that restriction didnt extend into other gamemodes like ASB.
But artificially limiting the Typhoon to a variant of the Brimstone it never used, and then artificially limiting the capabilities of the Brimstone by removing any form of FnF and then on top of that having the Brimstone 1 itself underperform in terms of flight performance and maybe even range just sucks. Especially when it turns out the soviets have been using a paper weapon for an entire year.
But id rather have only 6x FnF Brimstone 2s + 4x PW4s than 18x SAL Brismtone 1s on the Typhoon. As it stands my go to loadouts are full A2A with 6x Brimstone and 4x PW4s or light A2A with 6x Brimstone and 8x PW4s. I much prefer the PW4s over the SAL brimstone 1s at the moment and only really run them for killing helis
Its annoying that not only is the Typhoon denied any form of FnF or stand-off GPS weapon but is even denied its IRL variant of the Brimstone limited to SAL only.
Brismtone 2 would be no stronger than KH-38ML
My god, I said put a limit on the amount of brimstones so it would not be stupid OP. I was trying to make it fair by providing a good trade off. Like I said making stuff up to fill in gaps in tech trees or some kind of reasonable balance is fine by me. The whole KH 38 MT ordeal was unnecessary, made something that was already toxic even worse. And I’d like for you to imagine a scenario in which you have to fend off multiple planes with these KH 38 MTs with HE-VT SPAAGs, heck anything that is not a Pantsir. Shoot down those 6 rail cannons coming at you at mach 2 speed. At this point I think you are just arguing in bad faith.
there are not, over half the nations in game have vehicles with good firerate and proxy shells, out of those two are classified as light tanks but that is still 4 nations with proxy AA and I might have missed one or two
Tell that to Gaijin, they clearly think otherwise.
I’d keep the amount of them and just give them more speed.
No, we don’t need fake things in the game. This has been reiterated multiple times in this thread.
You do know you’re allowed to spawn a plane of your own ?
M247 is by far the earliest thing with great fire rate, radar and HE-VT shells without tracers.
Don’t act confused.
you literally said that it was the only one in game, and of the others in game 2 are significantly better
that is fine with me do give us 18 brimstone 2s with MMV or they could give us SPEAR 3 with its IR heads
Alright dude, very mature takes from your part. Missed the point entirely. You are really just arguing in bad faith right now.
Those are ?
They could and move it up to 18.0 so the games are EFT vs EFT. Would be incredibly fun, especially in the current state of the game.
Which is Brimstone 2.
We tried… Still have SAL only Brimstone 1
both the italian and swedish proxy AA are significantly better than the m247, and Id even argue that the 2s38 can be better for AA due to its higher velocity
Spam is hilarious lol
SAL B2s would be fine.
