I’m the one defending the kh38mt? dude you’re the one who voted on keeping it not me don’t lose the plot. And you can argue the pantsir is bad sure against cas(it isn’t)I’ll just hit you with the fact it’s still the current best sam in the game.
I voted on find out more information one way or the other as there’s no third option the poll forces me to pick no.
I have zero skin on Kh-38MT being in-game or not as stated countless times.
I primarily use it in air sim to deal with convoys, that’s it. A thing that can be done using other weapons.
KH-29s have 6km target lock range so they’re already outranged by AA. No point in increasing their lock range only now.
Also, no AASM on that list as well.
Meanwhile in the video you literally posted you can see Pantsir’s missiles getting dodged well below 10km, so that 18km sphere of death claim is laughable.
If you are a drone that maybe true, otherwise skill issue.
Bro is off his meds.
What is suppression? Area of denial?
You guys get so defensive and mad when someone insults your toys. Of course, it can be dodged if you dive to hit the deck, but you don’t seem to understand what suppression means (nor irony, it seems).
@ItsOnyy
I’ve flown exclusively high against teams that had Pantsirs because that’s where I’m safest, resulting in no deaths to SPAA during CAS and CAP runs.
Higher speed, more energy lost for the missile; SPAA’s universal weakness against CAS is why CAS is OP.
Inb4 more whataboutism.
Yes calling out that it is not a 18 km deathbubble, far from it, is defending “my” toy.
You play Germany, killing SPAA (any) is literally the easiest thing to do in the Eurofighter, if we ignore braindead kh38’s.
death=/=certain death and the kh38mt is far superior to the laser guided subsonic brimstones dude they’re not the same
Learn to read.
it’s literally schizo rabble
All of this over me saying “18km sphere of death” lol, anywho, I’d rather not poke these people, we are getting quite sidetracked.
what even was his point, if you ignore the kh38mt (which you cannot do lmao) that the brimstones from the ef2000 are easy to kill spaa? totally irrelevant.
they gonna
remove IOG
and thats it
id hope them to nerf zoom and make it gen 2 and ofc along w iog
it would be better
and they should limit to 4 on su-34 and absolutely 0 on su-30sm
but i doubt
watch: gigantic Kh-38 buffs and Mav gets nerfed through the floor
Exactly, it took me 4 Paveways IV and 2 Brimstones just to kill 1 Pantsir, (he intercepted all the PV IV and ended up finish him off with Brimstones) all while dodging and hitting the deck all the time, meanwhile a Su-34/30 zombie could’ve wiped out all the SPAAs they wanted or the enemy team in that same time, all while flying in a straight line. Lmao.
Absolute schizo claims man.
Wheres the evidence? Lol The KH38MT shouldn’t be in the game in the capacity it is.
Sounds like a skill issue, don’t use paveways then.
Yeah most likely a IOG nerf, but it shouldn’t even be able to have a seeker view at all, if the brochure is correct then it shouldn’t be able to see anything but blobs of heat. I would still take a 1gen nerf and no zoom optics.
I think the Mav changes will be about the bug reports me and sudo__su have reported. They all got accepted in relative quick succession, with one older report. Likely this gave them the incentive to implement these all at the same time (I hope), especially with new SPAA coming up.
List of changes and reports:
Spoiler
- FoV fixes for the IIR Mavericks (up to 3x more zoom or up to 10x more, depending on how they implement it)
- Rocket engine fix (~+15% total impulse) for all Mavericks [report made hidden/internal]
- Drag fixes (lowering of drag) for all Mavericks
- Laser Maverick seeker range increase (by roughly at least 3-4km)
- Laser Maverick trackrate (from 8 to 12°/s)
- PBX warhead Maverick (less explosive mass, but slighlty different explosive, TNTe probably won’t change)
They might also change some other things, with provided sources/older reports that I missed.
Has anyone actually bug reported the vast overperformance of the seeker?
Be interesting to see the response. Then again, they’ll probably just ignore it.
