AGM-65Ds do reliably one shot. But due to their extremely poor zoom level both in regular and IR view, unless you have targeting pod, you have to get extremely close to discern whenever the thing you want to fire at is burning wreck or live tank.

i went into the page, and shows the missile in the page correct, but dosent seem like a functional missile, since its either a mockup or not working, im not even gonna include the rendered one
that one is functional, the video showing it moving around and shooting kinda proves its functional altough its more specific since it could easily be a leoaprd 2 with stuff on top, stuff like KF-51 U its not functional, seriously dude dont be hypocrite and try not to call me out for “not reading” or “not seeing” stuff when you cant even read my posts

If they got little or no interest either from the Russian Air force or their usual export partners, especially prior to… events in 2022, where I could see them rapidly directing resources elsewhere, then its not that surprising the project may have simply been canceled or postponed.
