thats the point. every mention that he or anyone else has found does not show the Kh-38MT as a functioning weapon and at most shows a mockup for an expo

This topic is initially misleading precisely because of the list of “proofs of non-existence”. Which is a list of incorrectly stated facts. Mythic wrote it as “proof of non existence”, which i don’t totally agree with, as it should be “lack of proof for its existence”, but that’s a detail really

However none of this matters, because as Necronomica said earlier, non-existence can’t be proven. This means the missile should be removed from the game until its existence can be proven. In soon-to-be 4000 messages, nobody was able to prove that the missile indeed exists…

That statement is absolutely not true. You can prove non-existence in these fields but its standardly much harder so it’s impractical. I can prove for example that TV-8 tank never existed or other concepts which never went to prototype but it must be well documented.
