You mean like the ones they have already removed, or have stated will be removed? You’re not helping your case bub.
So has anyone made a bug report on the removal for kh38mts? I’m also still curious to see what documentation gaijin used to implement them.

The Kh-38MT program existed/exists, that much is true.
So with that proof, I’d like to see proof of cancellation OR proof of production.
When something exists as a program it’s easier to prove it doesn’t exist as there is always at least one document telling an R&D team to halt a project, to cancel a project.
Or a production unit to halt production.
So on and so forth.
If there is no document that proves production, there is a document that proves cancellation.
@Beeschurger
I have no photo, I never had a photo…
So unless YOU have a photo of Kh-38MT, don’t go speaking on behalf of others.
Post your photo of Kh-38MT, or drop the nonsense and read everyones’ posts.
Bro won’t, they’re gonna come up with some sort of excuse.
Is the Ho-Ri not still in the game?
FV4202?
They quite literally are in the process of removing them.
Sorry, i meant that it never saw service cos it was a testbed
I wasn’t aware
I think the issue is it wasn’t a project more of an option being marketed but never really went anywhere.
If that is the case, I think there is still witnesses and reports, at least internally at the company if not government.
Either way I’d love to know, but I also am fiendish for documents that prove things.
Your witness reports will be the photos and brochures.
Just for your information since you seem the type always eager to learn, I can readily say that is not always the case. That being “proof of cancelation” files being publicly available until many years, sometimes decades, after a project is gone and no longer applicable to a militaries current objectives/goals.
It is not uncommon for a test prototype or “mock-up” concept that never entered into production to just be discarded. Either just shoved into a earth covered magazine for permanent storage or in the US’s case it could go to EOD for a DET-blow where we detonate ground and air ordnance who’s service or shelf life is reaching expiration for training purposes.
On the other hand, procurement of a weapon system AND its future issuing to any armed forces is not hard to find when it happens, and it is generally available to the public. Not which squadron will be getting what, how many, or where, but the purchase of the weapon system itself generally is.
The utter and complete lack of photo or documental proof of it ever being in production, bought, issued, mounted, or used gives “KH-38MT does not exist” far more weight in this entire conversation then otherwise.
I appreciate your perspective.
In the case of Kh-38MT, I’ve enjoyed 1 or more air sim matches using them to deal with convoys.
I’ve used them in ground though not in random realistic battles on live server; I’ve had enough of using OP IR guided missiles and I feel like I have nothing else to learn from them, and I don’t get excited by frag feeds.
I hate to tolerate PVP as is.
Changing the seeker to be more realistic would probably get me to play them in ground RB matches on live server cause it’d be something new to learn; though the IR Hammer also has an IR seeker that’s supposed to act differently than it does in game, so I have no skin in Kh-38MT being removed or not except in one use case for air sim.
@UniqueScorpions @noister
i made a thread abt replacements a while back too
i forgot u guys can also get a TV guided and IR guided S-25
AGM balance: Discussion with intent to replace Kh-38 and similar weapons with balanced Munitions
Yeah you have a pretty reasonable take I can agree with.
I too find them pretty boring to use as an “I win” button/ordnance, I’ve been sticking to 10.3 to just not deal with it.
If Gaijin is stubborn about removing the KH-38MT then changing the seeker is probably what they hopefully do, possibly a reduction is its sheer speed as well. It often only gives ground players 5 seconds or less to react after spawn launching them before impact right now.

My mistake, I didnt realize the JAGM-F wasnt using a seeker similar to the SDB II and were instead using only MMW/SAL, effectively making them just very bad brimstones
