16.0 is very easily achievable in air without touching anything below 7.0, and we can get to 15.0 right now by just decompressing 12.3+.
It’s pathetic that Gaijin is making ARH-less planes face F-15Es with Aim-120C-5s when the update comes out.
I don’t think that’s needed. Rank is just a way to balance the progression, and BR is used to balance the vehicles.

j35xs is also one of the vehicle having the issue I saying. According to it’s data it should stay at 10.7 and facing the thing like f-104 or F-4C, but because the BR it stay is so compress that made what it facing is mig21bis and F-4EJ.
That is why I think we need to decompress to at least 17.0, but personally I think Gaijin can be bold and decompress to 20.0

Ground is primarily compressed at 2.7 now, which maths out to 13.3 currently.
