The Finnish F-18C is significantly under-equipped compared with other aircraft at 14.0

Unlike the F/A-18C MLU 2, it does not have a Helmet-Mounted Sight (HMS), BOL countermeasure pods or access to AIM-120C-series missiles. Its best available radar-guided missile is the AIM-120B.

This is particularly problematic because the aircraft’s most practical role at this BR is as a missile carrier. Without HMS, it is at a disadvantage in close-range engagements, while the lack of BOL pods reduces its defensive countermeasure capacity. Its AIM-120B-only armament also puts it at a disadvantage against opponents equipped with more advanced missiles.

The aircraft has the same BR as its significantly upgraded Swedish counterpart, despite lacking several important combat capabilities.

I believe 13.7 would be a much more appropriate BR, reflecting its reduced capabilities without making its ten-AIM-120B loadout irrelevant.

It would need to be like the F-18D premium being added and have its AMRAAM count reduced. But this would at least make it more relevant to use than it is now. As it couldnt see top tier

I agree, they could just swap the inner double pods of the 120s out for single mounts.
