The Hunter F6 suffers the same issues as the j7w1 and the f-4j; great armament but booboo performance. The Hunter F6 is also 9.7, thats 0.7br lower than the f-5c. You can anyhow use the sraams to take down incoming missiles

What would a rather face in my sub sonic jet without flares? A mig 21 with r60s or an f5c? Neither, both are aids and both are faster. The mig 21 I can at least manage to stall out or energy trap where as the f5c is just impossible to win against. The Bol nerf is that as well as firing 2 out of each dispenser at a time. I was also confused when you said BOL as it’s rail connected to missiles rails so I just assumed it was a different variant.
Lmao, the f5c isn’t worse in performancethan any 9.3, get over yourself. The only times I die to f5c are when I’m in a jet that can’t run away from it and so forced to fight them, you think a hunter or anything like that can do anything against you? You call me one of the boooohooo people who are confused when I can’t turn fight you when your implying the f5c should be 9:3 because it has comparable flight performance to one? What 9.3 can even hold a candle to you? Please give me an example.

I did about 10 matches last night ,was uptiered every single time, to 10.3-10.7 matches. Because of the sheer number of premiums at 10.3, like the F-5C, if you run anything that is 9.3-10.0 you are likely to see an uptier.
The F-5C is not inherrently OP, its just cold compared to a lot of other aircraft. See it a lot in stuff like the Sea Harrier. 9Ls just instantly go for the idea of a flare, not too mention you actually firing a flare. But defeating a 9L in a sea harrier is extremely hard. This is because the Sea Harrier has an engine temp about 60 degrees higher than the F-5C. Its not the only one with this issue, after last night, im fairly certain the F-111 also has the same issue, and im sure many others do too. But the F-5C is premium and US. Therefore its very very common. (also whether or not it had flares IRL is… a contenious issue)

Also you know your meant to have fun? You want me to be sweating at the game 24/7 whenever I play? Do I need a 3.0 kd in some jet I may use every now and then. After I’ve spaded a jet I go into games and fuck about as the only time I want or need to do good is when I’m grinding, but even then I use the premium lightning and rocket bases (I only do this during events or when I’m grinding out jets so don’t get on my ass as I know it’s a cunt move). Also spading from stock tanks your kd, just look at my tornado f3 for example, it took around 120 games to get sarh missiles due to me dying without even getting a single kill in combination with not using premium. Compare that with a premium I would say I’m doing Farley well for the most part. The sea vixen I used to have a 4.0+ kd in it but I use it for ground rb now so that’s went down the drain. But who cares, I can still tell you the f5c is perfectly fine at 10.3 and could be 10.7 in order not to ruin 9.3 for a majority of jets along with the a10s and su25s…
Also it never had flares and has been proven so, it’s just so it can function according to gaijin. So I guess or harrier gr 1 is doing perfectly fine with our gimped sraams and no flares…. The bug report about it’s all aspect capabilities has been acknowledged for months now with nothing, same for our redtops… I love haven chosen britain as my main nation instead of the big 3.
Yeah, I cant wait for the Red top and SRAAM overhaul. But its been about 10 months since we heard anything about either, so maybe sometime next year

RED TOP overhaul? It’s the best missile rank 5 has to offer, it’s even all aspects and nearly nobody can dodge it even with flares. Given the dogfight nature of the BR it sits at it will haul through the flares without even seeing them.

Ha ha ha ha, if you haven’t figured out the simple trick to dodge a red top by now I have little hope for you when you get to 9ms. And burns through flares, Have you ever used a red top. THEY haven’t given it it’s all aspect capability as of yet, that’s what we’re on about with the red top and sraam over haul. At the moment the red top has far too much drag, the fuze is too big and caused more hits than kills but this may be realistic so I’ll go check that. It’s only all aspect as of rn when within 1km. I can just use guns or fuzed dumb rockets at that range. If they give them the overhaul they need then sure the lighting and sea vixen should and will be moved up but until then it will stay a wannabe sraam due to it not being able to travel further than my fist.
And although your remark about it being the best missile at rank 5 may be true it makes it sound like it’s the 9m of 8.7 lol. When it truly isn’t. It’s usable but it’s no where near where it should be.
With the changes it would be all aspect to about 2km against super sonic targets, further if after burning.
Sraams would be all aspect to 2km with a buff to it’s turning as of rn it’s still post nerf without the changes done to vectoring missiles which the r73 has gotten. And range as it’s too short as of rn, only by like 0.5km but it should help a tad.
Shame we’ll never see any of these changes in our life time.
you cannot dodge a red top if your plane isn’t able to outpace it, no it does not burn through flares, i’ve eaten many with flares even the large caliber ones on yak28. You’re very bad my guy, you keep turn fighting f-5s on flat rate, you keep launching red tops from far away (average seavixn brainlet :sob:) the fuze is too big makes more hits than kills? My guy the red top is the size of a car, and it’s fuse will kill people that theoretically dodged it. I never did compare it to the aim9m because the red top has no comparison. It’s a fantastic short range missile.

It currently barely works in all-aspect, and only against something like an F-104 on full reheat.
It should work all-aspect vs basically anything, including props and sub-sonics.
Additionally, it should have about double it current effective range.

When did I ever mention turn fighting it? When did I ever mention the sea vixen suffers. The red tops are bad, compared to what they should be but are good br for the br. What they are not are undodgeable like you have said. That shows a massive skill issue on your part. It’s like any other missile, if your not paying attention to it your going to die to it, anyone who’s paying attention can doge them unlike you it seems.
Ask anyone else, they’ll say the f5c is easily a great 10.3, if not one of the best at its br. That red tops, although annoying, are under performing and are easily dodged. That any fight between a mig 21 and an f5c on equal grounds a land skill will have the f5c come out on top.
Your kd is obviously carried by the fact that your using an f5c and probably only go for jets that are obviously worse than you’d. Inflating your stats and making you think you’re actually good at the game. Just wait till you have to actually learn how much to dodge 9ms or flare a missiles. If I can learn to dodge a 9g in my hunter you can learn to dodge a red top.

I ain’t reading all a that I’m Ngl. I don’t play mig 21s other than my bis sau, I play hunters, lightnings, harriers. All of which I can safely say are worse than an f5c. I laugh at you because my mates literally shit on me as they can just dog fight to their hearts content in f5e while I’m dripping with sweat just to live. And that yack 28 story can’t be all true because 1.8km is far too far for a red top lol. That is unless you stall out in a super sonic bomber when being chased by a sub sonic fighter? You don’t make the smartest of decisions eh.
