its ok at 10.7 and was completely outclassed at 11.0
yet again for the sake of the m(g)ods they’re the ones deriving me to these topics. The F-5C is terridogshit and there’s no other way to look at it, it can’t rate fight, it can’t play speed, it can’t play missiles, it can’t do anything but quick turn fights and nosing onto targets with zero error margin to lead your plinkers into them and send them in a ball of fire if you’re lucky. Things like the j7d absolutely crap on the f-5c performance dogfight and armament wise, let’s not talk about the j8b which should be 11.7. I’ve been told it’s balanced but i’ve had them tank not one but two fox2s and still fly fine, while finding out they very much fly like kfir c2’s and have better nose authority than mig21s.
The people that think that f-5c “kerb stomps” between 10.3 and 11.7 still die to zeroes at 6.0. I even think its like some sort of political distraction while quoting things from 4 years ago that stopped being relevant, keeping people out of the real problem like j7d, j8b, j37s and mig23ml’s which are planes that not only happen to outdogfight anything they meet too, but also outpace and outweapon the entire br.
As long as F-5C isn’t 11.0BR

The F5C does not mate. at all.
Why you would one circle a J7 is just silly as well, use the retention to bleed it out.
I can land it reasonably well without it, same as most air craft.
dont go below mach 0.75 as an absolute minimum with it and itll be fine.

For someone with a near 3.0 Kd with it, it shows that now its at a more reasonable BR how much u used it to club
showing as its stats are miles ahead of most if not all your other jets.
It was fine at 11.0 mate. now were going the recompression route it really doesnt matter.

Use the air break then rather than flaps.
You should knwo better to use them at near mach one on most jets that area.

Still does encounter mig23s that never changed…
It also encounters many of the same enemies whos BRs have also dropped.
My KD has went down since the tbing moved to 10.7
if it moves up to 11.0 it can see unlimited mig23’s and other 11.7’s
also it would see 12.0’s
and your K/D is skill issue I guess

My Kd went from 2.50 with it to 1.90 with it when it went down in BR.
My skill is fine with the thing.

yes but as i stated before, we are now going through once again compression again forcing more jets down that shouldn’t be.

mig21’s moving down to 10.3
Seeing F18’s and F16’s when you’re in an 11.3 mig 21 was a ridiculous change, thus forcing said migs down in Br and causing more compression, i mean those two planes alone should be at least 12.7 yet sit at 12.3.
Thus forcing more stuff down, when the F5C was 11.0 there was more 11.3s and 11.0s to fill the lobbies.
for example the draken is now at 10.3 which is down bellow the F5C now which is just silly.
Rather than decompress they have systemically wiped the floor with Br’s again.
your kd going down when it went down in br makes no sense, its easier to play. You must have inflated your K/D when it was 10.3 and lost it now
I also played it at 10.3 and had high K/D and it dropped now BECAUSE IT GOT MOVED UP
F5C has no place at 11.0 and it should stay 10.7
move J7 and that premium F5A to 11.0
I bought it the day it went to 11.0 mate.

move all the mig21s back up and the F5 with it, decompress the fking game man, the likes of hunter F6 should not be coming across the likes of an F5C , the 5C is a monster of a plane along side the F5E.
You seem to have extremely good stats in only the F5C. Which says alot mate.

this post reminds me of a guy i saw in air battles…complained about his F5C not being able to outturn and outrun F4Es so he wants them at 11.7

Also, if you look, youve got 4k battles.in realistic and ive over 13k, how does that even compare statistically, you’re not comparing ARB stats for me.

Your sample pool is substantially smaller than mine if you overall only have 4K games, to my near 13.5k
I have 3 times your games but very much near similar stats.
Must of got the name wrong on the game MB mate, however my stats come from when the thing was 11.0 and subsequently now 10.7, i’ve never used the F5C or any F5 for that matter at 10.3.
Or move them all back up to where they should be.
Give mig23ML / MLD it’s damn radar function selections back and make them 12.0
The F5C’s two disadvantages at 11.0 were thusly, the missiles (aim9 E’s are usuable but that Br is difficult) and the top end speed.
however, it also retained better than most 12.0s’ and turned better than most if used right.
I found it when everything was a tad higher to be better to play
