They dont look up, or they cant use the 81 degree radar mode. Their problem.
It’s not them, it’s the platform.
If it was them it would have shown up in testing.
I do not have problems like that with the pantsir.
Then you’re facing CAS that’s too low in altitude.
The Video just shows them being fired my guy there is no guidance or targeting being shown.
- Radar cannot lock moving targets, hmmm yes that seems right.
You are aware that the SBD and Chinese bombs are glide bombs, they dont have any motor, these obviously do and have a massive range do to it. OR we can just say the massive cloud behind the missile is condensation if you want.
Shrimply a krill issue.
Any Pantsir-S1 with a decent level of awareness can easily intercept multiple missiles. Not to mention the extra experienced players who know the keybinds can engage two AGMs at once.
- Tor can 2, Pantsir can 4
Oh right… how fun…
Sure is, i can promise you that. ACLOS sure is fun.
The Pantsir is not capable of doing that consistently on CAS playing properly.
It’s Russian propaganda to claim that it is when there’s only evidence of CAS playing incorrectly.
hide de pain praga
Ok, fine. Here you go, ignore the sound
Usual Pantsir shenanigans, that is, why bother aiming?
Again, youre yet to prove that they are active radar homl, ing missiles to begin with even irl
If they are design to hit static targets there is no reason for them to track moving ones, a brige is not going to move any time soon, also it can also lack the resolution needed to track a tank.
Btw this is a similar argument as they used with the anti ship missiles, so it is not unprecedented or a groundless claim.
Thats why literally said relatively equivalent, the rocket guided one isnt really that fast, and we also have the glide bomb one in the files, if they are gps only in game, they would función like gps glide bombs
You’re playing against different S1 players than I am then. I’ve thrown a volley of 6(six) Spike-ERs at a S1 within 4km and he shot them all down. The only reason he died was because I shot a hellfire at him while he was dealing with the spikes, but I checked the replay and he did indeed take out all 6 spikes, even locked the hellfire right before it hit him.
Watched the trailer again and the decision to nerf Brimstone has really p*ssed me off.
F-15E with GBU-39 glide bombs about 20 of them!
Su-34 with Kh-38s…both of these weapon systems far surpass the range and performance the Brimstone will have.
But no Brimstone would break the game!
Tbh. I just always spawn the chopper. German CAS jets are trash. Tornado gets pantsired before you manage to turn this bus around to leave the 20m km spere. Sometimes you manage to dive down to the deck, but what then…crouching at tree top level wont give you any kills. The Phantom has two Mavericks, they might work…but hey…800+ spawn points for two shots … no thanks.
Already stated, you cant post imagery from the ongoing conflict or link it, thats the forum rules my guy.
You are aware that most NATO ASMs can target ground targets right? Such is a well touted feature of the Type 12, Harpoon, and modern Exocets.
“Relatively equivalent” Yeah no you are not fooling anyone here dude. There is no way you can spin a rocket boosted cruise missile with a 250kg warhead and a 120km range as equivalent to a glide bomb with a maximum range of 60km from LEO and a 93kg warhead as somehow equal.
93kg warhead, (probably smaller since the 93kg one is not the normally used warhead) these things will only be usable against stationary NPC targets since you will need a direct hit to do anything with them.
I’m still wondering how much range they will give the brimstone too, only the 40km brimstone II has laser guidance, but I would wager they will give it the brimstone I’s 20km range because reasons even though the brimstone I did not have SALH.
So this opens the door for radar guided hellfires to come to the game.
I think its been touted as 15-20km which is great…The issue is when you need to hold its hand to the target and inevitably die to a Pantsir as you fly over the battlefield lasing this “hellfire”
Again we don’t know if they will give them the INS/GPS and Laser guidance
