The Dev Server is Opening with Major Update “Ninth Wave”! — 02.03.2026

Hello, Smin!

I always bother you with complex technical and historical matters… don’t worry, this time I would like to ask you something far simpler!

Which is; would you forward this camouflage suggestion? ^^

Since many camouflages are coming this update, I figured this is a good time to try and have this one come to the game soon as well. This camouflage is a really basic yet essential one, much like the Russian late green paint, etc.

And if I may ask about any updates regarding Merkava’s famous turret chains? T-90M and the Namers already got chains months ago; I wonder why the Merkavas still haven’t got them even yet?

Well as long as a missile that was never produced is in the game and doesnt have a counterpart offseting the game balance the debate will continue.

I have seen your post, IMO the Armiger would mediocre at best, because of the only 20kg warhead, comparable in size to the CM502s which struggle to one-shot MBTs.

Hey.

Please make skin suggestions in the dedicated section: Skins - War Thunder — official forum

Its not something relevant to the dev server section as skins for the update are pre-planned in advance and already in production.

Nothing to currently report.

Roger, on it, thanks!

I just hope it doesn’t take 3,000 years to be accepted and/or implemented, hahah.

Funny…Yeah, so where are our late production model variants such as the

Panzerkampwagen 38(t) Ausf. G
Panzerjager 38(t) mit 7.5 cm Pak 40/3 Ausf. M
15 cm Schweres Infanteriegeschutz 33/1 auf Selbstfahrlafette 38(t) (Sf) Ausf. K
Sturmgeschutz III Ausf. G late
10.5 cm Sturmhaubitze 42 Ausf. G late
15 cm SturmInfanteriegeschütz 33B
Sturmgeschutz IV
Jagdpanzer IV Ausf. F late
Sturmpanzer IV mit 15 cm StuH 43 Ausf. IV late
Any kind of Flammpanzer???

It has been +13 years since the game’s release & yet the majority of the German tree remains stuck in pre-1943 configurations, the most blatant offenders being the in-game StuG III G & the Ju 88 A, the latter consisting of an outdated pre-war Ju 88 A-1, early-war Ju 88 A-4, & nothing else as you can see here:

The iconic Junkers Ju 88, of which 15,000 were produced, is severely lacking representation in the game

Did they at least add SC 1800s to the Do 217 E-2/E-4, He 111 H-6/H-16, & the Ju 88 A-1/A-4?

Brimstone had no IR guidance. There are no sources of information for this at all.

This is not the case for the Kh-38MT and its IR seeker.

Every nation has longstanding requests and suggestions. Sadly they cant all come at once taking into account everything else people wish to see.

Ah, too bad

That wasnt something that broke any rule, why was it removed?

I think it was a possible modification from what i remember but wasn’t added in the end

This is the dev server feedback topic for people to leave constructive feedback. Please do not post off topic spam. Your post was neither feedback nor constructive.

Ik it was never made, planned, etc my point is that if an imaginary missile which only had a mockup is in game when mock up vehicles are not allowed, why not give it a gimped mmw guidance so its balanced and nato has a counterpart to the Kh-38mt which was never built and the only “proof” of its existence is a mock up, not even a functional missile at an arms expo.

@Smin1080p_WT With LJDAM being added to more aircraft will we see them also added to the A-10C too as it should also carry them?

And also will LJDAM-ER also be coming to the aircraft that are getting LJDAM this update and the A-10C too?

So anything goes for the russians with the KH-38, an armament that got a post with thousands of responses searching for a real source on the IR version, all they were able to find was the image that was shared earlier, no video being used, no reliable source, and yet it’s still in the game.

But god forbid for the rest of the nations to get something that even comes close to it

In no way did i say that the agm 84 will be gamebreaking. My whole point was to talk about the lack of fnf weapons for the afformentioned countries. Since gaijin seems to think that the us tree is lacking in that category, and therefore needs to add a better missle.

Its still under consideration. However best to report any others that dont yet hage it, and we can pass it to the devs for review.

Yup, gaijin has its own “sources” which they dont disclose so you cant disprove them. The only way that you could disprove it is if u got russian military to say, we never built it, and even then gaijin gets to choose if they believe it or not.

And if that wasn’t enough, this update includes a new SPAA with one of the fastest and better turning missile, but poor little russians players.

What a joke of balance

As i said in my previous comment, the faster 95Ya6 would still be bearable, wouldnt be fun or anything but i have an issue with the pantsir being able to have 48 missiles at once (96 w ammo box) and just be able to completely deny any ground strikes of the enemy team especially as no other nation is anywhere close to being able to do that.
