The changes for the M1A2 SEP V2

Why is the TUSK mounting bracket work still on the tank if you remove the TUSK ii kit from the vehicle. This was not the case with the M1A2 SEP V1. Furthermore it adds additional weight as the mounting brackets weight a decent amount and adds to the vehicle.

Why doesn’t any M1A2 have access to a dozer blade or plow of any kind when most Russian MBTs have them. Additionally the leopard 2A4 and leopard 2 PSO have dozer blades. The M1A2 has both been fitted with TWMPs and dozer blades so why don’t we see them in game on any M1 but the HC.

In all these images the M1A2 either has a dozer blade, a TWMP, or the mounting for such equipment.

Additionally on both these SEP V2s there are no mounting brackets for TUSK.

Yeah the mounts for the TUSK kit just look ugly, they need to be removable

My theory is that the mounts are baked into the 3D model because Gaijin didn’t expect to be able to remove them, and instead of updating the model they just made it so the ERA doesnt show up.

That actually seems really likely that they never thought we would wanna take TUSK off but also there is no incentive to use TUSK other than looks because it fails to stop most chemical penetrators anyway.
