Fair but more the Ariete and T-80U are nearly always at top tier. Which is why I hate the current BR system.
Ariete are great when used correctly, mobility and optics with good fire power and usually good players. T-80U is more a head on approach and just bulldozes through while having good armour, great gun handling and good fire power

Firepower is mid while gun handling is in line with 8.0 tanks. It’s usable tank but glorifying it makes little sense.
Use the missile more.
Only if missiles were more reliable darts.
They’re perfectly reliable at closer ranges.

The Challenger 2 made me realise that I am a firm believer that LRF (Laser Range Finder) should be a stock modification. Its ridiculous that its a Tier 4 modification in a BR where you NEED it almost more than your mobility itself.
Not when they have 900mm of penetration that you can aim with enough filler to overpressure reliably on optics.
So that’s just worse HE shell they already have access to. 80U simply has mid firepower for it’s BR, which is to be expected as it shares the same BR with tanks that fire DM53/M829A2 every 5s.
On topic: you’re just going to have to accept CR2s are War Thunder on Extreme difficulty settings.
Challegner 2 is by far one, if not maybe the weakest tank at top tier these days. How gaijin believes otherwise is crazy.
There are heapings of bug reports for them, but they refuse to even acknowledge they exist.
In light of that. They all need at least a 0.3 BR drop. Even the BN and 2E are very hard to justify at 12.0 and would be better suited for 11.7.
Combine with the fact the British top tier line-up is also one of the weakest with no IFV and no SPAA and our CAS line-up is also barely competitive these days as well. It is time Gaijin actually fixes the top tier ground for Britain, because at the moment. I just consider the tree ends at 10.7
You underestimate Russian Barrel-Launched Missiles. They can lolpen Leopard 2A7V turrets on the later ones.
Every other 12.0 should go .3 or even higher not otherwise. It should have better dart to at least match it’s counterparts. Every nation gets good round, even Japan has 600+ round with 4sec autoloader. So why Chally has to work with L27A1 still lacking speed, overall mobility, reload etc? Idk, I am yet still to experience those things because my only point of reference is premium OES that is decent in my hand.
I think both should happen.
We should get a reload rate buff. For a long time, that is exactly what we had, and then they made 5 seconds the default for everyone else and so we lost that buff.
Its the best round it could get unfortunately, but im 100% certain the post-pen damage could be buffed and the shell itself has outstanding reports to buffs its pen (marginally).

What can I say, Gaijin is criminal hater of certain vehicles and won’t buff it. When I play OES I see maybe 1-2 Chally 2 per day alongside me. Feels like I play unicorn tank
Yeah, it’s nice to be unique, but that should be a giant red flag that no one is playing it
I don’t really, if they were that special no one would use the darts as 3BM60 is far from the best one.
I use them regularly and always bring them. They have a massive amount of pen and filler.
