The validity of a claim is not determined by the amount of people that believe it. You wouldn’t believe the things people have gotten away with in history because the majority of the population agreed.
Like with the rhetorical question I asked, about chocolate milk and brown cows. 7% of Americans believe chocolate milk comes from brown cows. Does that mean it’s 7% true? Or that 7% of chocolate milk comes from brown cows? Or are 7% of Americans wrong?
With respect to the topic at hand, just because the majority of players think the 2S38 is undertiered (evidence, though unproven, I’d generally agree is factual) doesn’t make it undertiered.
Ad populum, when used as evidence in and of itself, is in fact a form of the circular logic fallacy. In essence, people who use ad populum as an argument with respect to the 2S38 are saying “the 2S38 is undertiered because the majority of people believe it to be so, and the majority of people believe it to be undertiered because it is”
It still expands on my prior argument other than just pointing out a logical fallacy and not proving why it’s a fallacy (which in and of itself is faulty logic)
The new Russian 2S38 SPAAG armed with an automatic 57mm cannon comes to War Thunder as a light tank capable of countering both aerial and ground targets.
Dude you should not answer arguments if you are not able to understand my posts.
If something is unclear to you, just ask and i will try to explain it in a different way.
And stop putting wrong words in my mouth, it`s getting really annoying.
@halkad1
Your posts aren’t you, and no one put words in your posts either.
Your post claimed that 2S38 is identical to HSTVL right here:
Your post even claimed the 2S38 was faster, using a superior gun, smaller, etc to RDF/LT.
Despite the 2S38 and Begleit being slower than RDF/LT and HSTVL.
2S38 using a vastly inferior gun and ammo.
RDF/LT and HSTVL having superior general mobility.
If 2S38 was as-good as RDF/LT it would have no sales IRL due to the obscene cost it’d be.
