My data comes from the experience I have acquired over time playing top tier, and with the new FOX-3, you asked for proof, i showed you how the F-15C performs (in my hands) with ONLY FOX-3 as my main armament.
If IR missiles killed more, everyone whould be using as many IR missiles as possible, something that nobody is doing because in order to use those, you have to get really close to the enemy.
Now i will ask you, show me proof to backup that statemen.

My dude, you asked for proof, i showed my stats with only ARH missiles on a plane where i tryed the x8 AIM-120 and x4 AIM-120 + x4 AIM-9M, the best results were with full ARH missiles, now i would like to see your proof on that hot take where you said IR > ARH, i guess you already have a database with those stats to say such a dumb thing, no?

You haven’t really proven shit, do you think talking is proving it?
Every ARH missile is the most easy to dodge missile, because they all share the same chaff resistance in game, except for the AIM-54, wich is way easier to notch.
I think this image of your stats shows that you have no idea on how missiles works or wich ones are better.
The MiG-23MLD dominated ARB for a year because it had the best radar missiles, then the F-14A dominated because it had more radar missiles, then the MiG-29 dominated because it had R-27ER and now the F-15 and any plane that can use AIM-120 dominates because it has the best radar missiles.
You have only played 6 planes that can use good radar missiles.

i absolutely agree with option 3. i also think that planes with only IR missiles (such as the Belgian F-16A that i’m playing currently) shouldn’t be at a BR where they constantly face at least 10 FOX-3 carrying planes. sure, the F-16A can carry up to 6 AIM-9M but they are of no use for you if you get slammed out of the air by AMRAAMs and R-77s before you even get into lock range. not to mention that you can’t even do anything to evade those until you unlock chaff.
we also definitely need higher BRs in general so it’s easier to balance stuff
