It is so much fun. I can rush in, get a single kill, die, respawn the plane and from the second I spawn start locking and killing people within 20 seconds of spawning my plane.
It is absolutely broken and I love it. People can spawn a fighter with just AMRAAMs and Sidewinders for essentially the same SP costs as it costs me to spawn the SU34. Only that they have to face Pantsirs, so I don’t even have to worry about that. I can easily farm 12 kills, but by that time we have usually roled them anyway.
Thank you Gaijin for giving me a reason to only play russia at to tier, because all other nations are powercrept to hell.

This is just outright wrong. Funny how it is always Le russian this russian that when CAS has been problems for years and the majority barely complained about it. Not until russia having something broken they start complaining. Old man yelling at the cloud moment. It is not gonna work and gaijin will add more jet in meaning better CAS. The cycle will continue cause you only look into the problem when russia is involved in the topic
Welcome to what I’ve been doing with NATO CAS since 2022. You’re 2 years late on playing CAS that way.

Ka-50/52 are currently as useless as all other helicopters.
Also it’s been over 2 years since NATO CAS came to the game and there’s still no SPAA to counter modern CAS.
No shortage of broken CAS ppl have complained about over the years, but between Vikhr APS, S-13OF rush, Space MiG and Kh-38s USSR consistently has the most broken CAS at high tier.
Was it enough , this is my second years of playing this. The CAS problem still the same thing , barely anyone complain or even offer actual worth discussing balancing decision. Been on the forum for a while , barely anyone talk about it , thread talking about the problem itself got abandoned not long after. All you did was buying time in a losing war. No real solution being discussed let alone got pushed forward by the playerbase
Depends what you consider to be a problem, I don’t care about being bombed or rocketed at low tier but that is not the same as multiple fire and forget missiles launched from outside SPAA engagement range.
Patriot is in a completely different league to anything we have now. It would legitimately make even a good portion of an EC sized map a no fly zone. Total overkill for our small ground map airspace.
There are plenty of options we could get, for all countries, if Gaijin finds a way to implement multi-vehicle SAM battery’s. But as of now, we have no idea if they are planning this.
Whilst we’re limited to ‘All-In-One’ units however, options are a lot more limited. With many countries already at their best of such SPAA type. There are still a few notable things though, Israel for example could get the HVSD-ADAMS (which would be comparable to most SPAA ingame today), and the Spyder AIO (which is better than anything we have ingame today).
China has quite a few AIO’s, and i’ve seen some suggestions for ‘SLAMRAAM’ SPAA for US.
That a you problem , you don’t care about low br but some people do. If you can’t even take in all the br in the game into consideration, why bother talking about it ?
