Why does warthunder takes control of my plane when i try to land and tries to stabilize it and prevents it from touching the land. I cant land on air bases half of the time because of this. I dont need this.

go to controls and turn of "restrict aircraft controls near the ground’

You can basically turn off all 4 options in the Instructor window.
You’re better off without them overall, and you still have the Instructor on anyway
