You don’t have quite a 1.5KD in them. Considering the performance of other tanks in your Israeli 11.3 lineup, it performs pretty badly for your average.
Kontakt 5 is already capable of outright stopping 105mm APFSDS from the 10.7 Abrams. Relict is not only getting buffed, but can even reliably stop 12.7 APFSDS.
I’ve enjoyed the Namer as long as I’ve had it tbh, Spikes aren’t the most reliable things in the world but can get you a good one shot every so often or at the least are useful against most helis, which can be nice for a free kill every so often against a clueless Greek-64A or Ka-50.
Same reason BMD-4M2 is 9.7 while the other 2 are 9.3, mystical snail balanz, or something to do with how italy has less players at top tier than most nations probably, meaning there’s a smaller pool to draw from when it comes to BR changes, meaning things can fly under the radar, but idk.
Speaking of, I wonder why the VBC (PT2) is 9.7 while the VBCI is 9.3…
I stated you did not have a 1.5KD, because you don’t, even if it’s close to you.
I’m being specific about this intentionally. Considering your average top-tier KD is somewhere between 1.8 and 2, even with rather poor performers like the CR2 and Siman 4, a balanced vehicle should reflect that within your stats. The sheer fact that you barely maintain a 1.4KD in the Triskhon, yet have a 2.3KD in your most played Siman 3, shows that there’s a problem with the balance. Two tanks in the same lineup at the same BR should, in your hands, come out to a similar KD, yet they don’t.
The Namer is underperforming for your average in the lineup. I should have clarified what I meant prior. I was not shaming you. In fact, you have a very impressive performance overall. Hence, why the Namer performing below your average in its lineup should be noted.
Gaijin made its niche equivalent, the Begleit, a light tank, so the Terminator should match it for consistency. This might come as a surprise to some people, but the Begleit was designed with the same mission in mind. Both tanks were designed to protect against infantry. They are escort support tanks. While both received weapons to combat tanks, if they ran into them, they were not designed to do so. The role “Tank Destroyer” does not fit the Terminator, nor Begleit.
The Namer is also not really a light tank either. It’s a general term for vehicle characteristics. SPG within War Thunder falls under Tank Destroyers despite not being that either. The Hellcat is a Tank Destroyer, yet was relabeled a Light Tank for convenience years ago.
Completely irrelevant what the Bglt is. We’re talking about Terminator here which in fact isnt a light tank and definitely doesnt play as one unlike Bglt.
Yeah exactly because it fits the role in game. Hellcat was labelled as TD irl but still relied heavily on its mobility and ambush tactics like a light tank would. Namer irl is an APC in its base model and becomes a heavy IFV in its Bushmaster configuration.
