Tech tree split

here is an idea i have
so when it comes to research a tech tree especially with a beginners instead of them has to grind props to reach jets is gonna take them about a long time
and for the beginners that would love to start with the jets that they love to fly could also build in an optional tutorial they can do so that they understand the basics for jets and they can skip the tutorial if they need

so what i suggest for both air and ground is to split it into a props section and Jets section and same applies to Ground like World War Tanks and Cold War Tanks tabs

and just like naval where it has coastal fleet and Bluewater Fleet

same would be applied to Air and Ground would make them tidy and easy to select

and the BR ranges could use a change but it’s not really required

I feel like people would not be happy with stuff like the me262 suddenly becoming 400k+ rp.

It would make reaching early cold war jets easier to get at the cost of making late war props/jets harder to get.

yes but for people that doesn’t want to play props and wants to experince jet gamplay only is going to make them eaiser

yes i know that the people wouldn’t be happy about the 262 making a lot of RB but it’s a Jet and this RP can be only applied to jets while props having thier own RP grind by playing another prop

and about the cost of getting late war props can be solved by increasing the overall RP and SL grind for both

and like the bluewater and costal fleet the early jet can be classifed as a reserve aircraft with a BR rework

I would not use Coastal/Bluewater as inspiration. It was a rather large failure imo.

Top tier coastals cost the same as top tier battleships but can be matched against reserve destroyers which are generally stronger than them. The grind for Coastal sucks because it takes forever as everything has the RP cost of being an end-game vehicle, despite not being either but has the RP gains of what it is, which is a low tier set of vehicles.

Applying the same to air and ground would just massively inflate the RP/SL cost of Props and WW2 tanks without any benefit.

Thats the thing. You help one group while screwing over another.

Yeah. I understand the thought process behind it. Because many people just wanted to play ships and didnt care for boats. But it really hurt anyone that wants to play boats while still not really helping ships.
