T72-B3 "Arena" >> 11,0 really? >> Insane

I just took a look at the new T72-B3 “Arena.”

  • 580mm Dart
  • 550mm Heat
  • Active Protection System 2x2
  • Thermal G3
  • and the Tech.-Trey T72-B3 is 12.3

What’s wrong here =?= First, the BMPT comes into play at 10.3, and everyone knows that it still isn’t properly modulated. Now after weeks it is 11,3

Now comes the T72-B3 Arena — at 11.0 ??? What’s that supposed to mean =?= Must USSR always get everything because the win-ratio is too low ??? You can find that out through official reportings

The absolute minimum is 12.3 again, brother!!!

at least make it the same br as the normal tt one (11.7) as it is identical as far as i can see other than weighing .5t more and having an aps system it is missing the UBH upgrade but that should not be a .7 difference

look at the non aps one? there is one single different i can see for them being the
image
which yes is a big upgrade but both of them stock are almost identical, they could give the aps one this mod and it could easily be 11.7 or 12.0.
Because that is the main difference between the two tt ones is aps as the stock b3A has the same armor as the spaded B3

The lower BR is the point

Stock performance doesn’t really matter.

Did we REALLY need this T-72?

was it rlly just so they could make a copy and paste like there are pretty much only 2 differences and only affects when they both have rank four mods

its the 11.7 TT version at a lower br with aps… not much else to say but fuck us and itll go up when gaijin have milked it enough.

More like they had the model and decided to use it for an event

no it is not, it does not have the V-92S2F 1130HP engine

It’ll probably go up because it’s a passable 11.0, will get spammed out as soon as available and be carried by BMPTs

Really not sure what people are expecting from the T-90A sidegrade since thats the same BR with the same dart.
A situational APS thats worse than the one on the B3A yippee

I was surprised too, by the way. It has the best thermal imager. It has excellent armor, mobility, and an active protection system that will intercept ATGMs and Hellfires. And that’s a shame. You know, the US has the M1A1 AIM, and it has a BR of 12.0, but it doesn’t have the A2 round. They gave it that BR because it has a second-generation thermal imager, not even a third-generation one.

I swear these topics are either rage bait or just good ol’ trolling.

Your 10.3 UD that is collecting dust has a better armor profile than this thing, the composite extends all the way to the lfp.

Saying it has excellent mobility is hilarious.

Gen 2 thermals.
Worst mobility of 11.0.

T-72B armor.
KE-W equivalent dart.

T-72B3 with a significantly more powerful engine is 12.3.*

It should probably be 11.3, but 12.3 when all 12.3s in the game are infinitely superior to this event vehicle… let alone 12.0s, and a number of 11.7s… nah.

Your post is shilling far too hard in defense if this slow tank.

Win-ratio has nothing to do with anything.

Substantially better tank at a higher BR, what a mystery…

Your analysis.

The T-72B3 is 11.7. The T-72B3A (with Arena-M) is 12.3.
The T-73B3 at 11.7 has noticeably better armour (UBH Kit), a much better engine (and therefore better mobility). The Arena system is Arena-E which should have less capacity, less range, less coverage and is therefore worse. APS in game that cannot intercept APFSDS is pretty much a gimmick against anti-tank missiles (which already aren’t that good against T=Series because of ERA)
