Half of those are 8.0 and it probably still was better
??? You can’t read or can’t stick to a subject. The subject was the Leopard 1’s place in the meta when it was 7.7… keep up… It was like 4th. OF-40/STB-1/AMX-30 were better

T25 is a bit over-tiered, 6.0 would be better, give me a reason to use it bc right now, I don’t have one.
SU 100p is awesome at 6.3 tho, it’s pretty fast and has a great gun. One of my fav tanks at that BR

Right. Just to be clear, I’m not for one minute suggesting the JT should mindlessly lolpen everything it meets. Just pointing out that the T-44 has a combination of protection and mobility that you rarely see in mediums. This makes it a very competent flanker, and for that, its 85 is a more than adequate gun.
The STB was up-BR’d long ago, it sat at 8.0 the entire time the Leo was at 7.3, and is now at 8.3.
The AMX-30’s autocannon got a substantial nerf that basically rendered the single advantage it has over the Leo moot. It’s not unable to effectively barrel most targets, and struggles even with lightly armored tanks. It’s now just a marginally slower accelerating Leo with one degree less gun depression and without access to APDS, but with smoke grenades.
The OF-40 is maybe stronger. It’s arguable. The LRF is nice on large maps, no question, but in exchange you are again slightly slower than the Leo, and are a noticably larger target. It’s also got a slightly slower turret. And it’s not like the Leo’s gun is hard to aim over distances. The standard range finder, great zoom and fast APDS means you never really struggle to engage targets, just not as instantly as the OF-40 can. The OF-40 is still probably better, but it’s close enough to be balanced.
If we compare it to all current 8.0 MBTs, that means measuring it up against the M60 (No contest), AMX-30 (Slight downgrade), Cent 10 (Difficult to compare, I’d argue worse overall), T-54 (similarly hard to compare, but I’m much more confident saying it’s worse) and OF-40 (Slight edge). Sounds to me it fits just fine at 8.0.
