The BR-350A/B 76mm rounds on the T-34 are basically mini nukes that one hit kill almost everything they penetrate. The 57mm BR-271 rounds have good pen, but their post-pen damage is lacking, and it takes 2-3 shots to kill most tanks. Getting one hit kills are not common with the T-34-57.
The T-34-57 is honestly a bit overtiered. Outside of Churchills there’s almost no tanks the regular 76mm T-34 can’t just punch through. The KV-1E/B and KV-1 ZiS5 can be easily be smashed through frontal weak spots if you aim properly.
The T-34-57 also lacks the armor upgrades the T-34STZ and T-34E get making you more vulnerable. At 4.7+ you’re facing tanks that can very easily smash through you compared to the 3.7-4.0 T-34s that can bounce shells more reliably against tanks at that BR.
My K:D with the regular T-34-57 is about half what I get with the T-34STZ and T-34E.
This is a nonsensical argument. TOS is not a legally binding contract. You won’t be arrested for disobeying it and do not need to be an adult to accept it. It is simply the rules one must abide by to play the game. If you disobey them, you can be banned. It isn’t the law. It’s a private company’s policy to use their service.
Just like the 75mm M61, the 3in M62, the 75mm Type 1 APHE, the 47mm Granata Performante mod.39 (with only 30g), the 75mm Granata Performante 75/32, the 75mm slpgr m/39, slpgr m/43, the 57mm slpgr m/43, and even the 75mm K.Gr.rot. Pz.
True.
Not true. The turret roof can be easily penned from the front by the 76mm, but can’t by the 57mm.
Exactly. Tho the armor upgrades are useless, since everybody will shoot your turret front/neck, none of which gets actual meaningful upgrade (only on the E, but it is still a weak spot, and it’s hull front is unchanged)
The E/B are 4.3 in Arcade which feels about right. The stock L11 gun struggles at that BR because you can’t pen M4A2s and a bunch of other tanks frontally that the F-34 rips through on the regular T-34s. At 4.7 the E/B would be so comically bad.
The KV-1 ZiS5 feels a bit overtiered though. It doesn’t have the same level of protection as the E/B does on the sides with the applique armor so they’re a lot easier to kill. The turrets about 15mm thinner on the sides which makes angling the turret not as reliably as the E/B. The gun is slightly better than the F-34, but you’re now facing off against Tigers and Soviet 85mm guns.
Since this is about the T-34-57 though… it used to be 4.3 in arcade, but it got moved up to 4.7 recently to match realistic. That’s probably one of the few tanks I’ve seen that was actually downtiered in AB.
You can just aim with them. Since they have awesome angle pen, they are still good at 4.7, the players just need to aim with them.
Additionally they could get APCR to pen things, like the turret of a Panther/Vk.
I have no problem with the ZiS at 4.7. It is still a very strong tank even at a full uptier, at least when the player knows a thing or 2.
Terms of service is a formal agreement that requires consent. To your point, they can ban you if you don’t follow them, thus making it a binding contract. Terms of service are enforceable through both civil and criminal courts.
However this is all over your head and you completely missed the point.
You can’t get sued or arrested for violating TOS by making multiple accounts. This is not a legal or even a civil matter. It’s you getting banned from a video game. What point have I missed? That children do not have to abide by the rules of a service and can do as they please? At no point do you sign a formal legal contract with Gaijin. It’s an electronic signature tied to your account. There’s a big difference between the two.
The company has to be harmed by the breach of terms. Regardless, he’s still wrong. Just because someone is underage does not mean they can’t be banned for violating TOS.
Law in my country has different levels of “severenity” regarding breach of contract, and they constitute different rights depending o severenity.
Harm isnt required, only breach of contract/terms. You can breach contract/terms without causing harm. If i order red car from you and pay for it, and you deliver blue car, thats breach of contract.
Breach being severe only makes for “easier” case that is worth pursuing.
? There’s no point in debating someone who doesn’t even understand the discussion. No one said a player would be sued for violating the TOS. That statement alone indicates they are way outside of their depth. It’s like trying to have a discussion about physics when you don’t know math.
Other than angling? There isn’t little you can do about it, you lolpen the thing unless you hit its shit volumetric spots like the bow gun. But the 85 can’t kill you if you use the Tiger as it was intended… that is, angled
Angling makes no difference, a T-38/85 can still easily kill you.
And time you angle you open up your entire side to penetration, and the 85 is accurate enough to hit it. Either way, the cupola still exists no matter which way your hull is facing.
