T26E5 should stay at 6.7

Why is the T26E5 going up in br??
The T26E5 cannot even pen the Tiger II H frontally with aphe whereas the tiger can. If the T26E5 goes up in br, the premium Tiger II should 1000% go up and maybe the TT Tiger II H.

WW2 vehicles should NOT be able to face missiles and heat rounds. In my opinion, both the Tiger II and T26E5 should stay at 6.7, but if one goes up, the other should too.

Should the T26E5 go up?

Out of all the 6.7 USA heavies, I have no idea why they chose to nerf the T26E5. The T34, T30, M6A2E1, and T26E1-1 all much better imo

Its not going up in br. What are you talking about?

Are you dumb?

Absolutely rubbish. T26E5 is a baller (as much as i like the M6A2E1). It is a well-rounded vehicle that excels at its BR.

the tiger 2 (prototype turret) should have stayed at 6.7 and the production turret and SLA should be 7.0

the T26E5 honestly could have gone to 6.3 and still be outmatched by peers

It originally was at 6.3 and rocketed upwards after farming clueless German teams.

Im fully aware. German mains are free food and its not because the tanks are bad, the vehicles outmatch the T26E5 in every way.

All the pershings have a rather easy time because of how comically low skill the german mains are

Why didn’t they move up the T34? It’s literally better in most aspects and it’s pack premium brother the T29 is at 7.0.

I’m guessing its the solid shot.

Thank F##king goodness. I’m a USSR ground main (I prefer Japan Air) with a serious skill issue and I agree that it shouldn’t be moved up.

M26 Pershing should be 6.3 since Tiger 2 P and IS-2 1944 is there

It’s one of the best 6.7s IMO, and it should be the same BR as the Tiger II Hs. It would be broken/OP at 6.3.

skill gap. not vehicle capability gap

Idk why you made this thread. They literally cancelled its br change. Check the updated list on the official announcement.

One that has been unfairly put up in br would be the Super Hellcat

Yeah that one made zero sense.

Nah. The T26E5 and the Serienturm Tiger IIs are fairly complementary vehicles, as in, they have opposing weaknesses and strengths. The T26E5 has the stronger turret but a hull weakspot. Both can bypass their respective turret armour by using APCR. Both have muzzle brakes making them sensitive to barrel damage tactics (though the .50 makes it harder to exploit in the former’s case). The Tiger II has better RoF/firepower, the T26E5 has better mobility and can use it to great effect to make it much harder to hit the MG port, while the Tiger II needs to sidescrape the way a KV-1 would.

I’m fine with the T26E5 staying at 6.7, but tbh, I see a lot of copium in this thread too. I play at this BR extensively with Germany and I fight American 6.7 all the time, and I am much more worried when I have to fight a T26E5 than I am when I have to fight a T34 or a Super Pershing, which are also American, also heavies, are at the same BR, and are being played by the same players. It’s the best of these American heavies if you have to brawl in a small map, which means most matches these days. It’s a good tank and should always share a BR with the Serienturm Tiger II in my opinion.

Tbh it should go up to 7.0, same goes for KTH. But alas, here we are.
