Why would T-80U-E1 be 12.0 while T-80UK and T-72B3 (which is even superior) stayed at 11.7? Also unfair considering that tanks such Type 90 (Fuji) are still at 11.7. I think that either should T-80U-E1 remain at 11.7 or these tanks should be moved to 12.0 like T-80U-E1 was.

no as it is better than a few of the now 11.7s and comparable to quite a lot of 12.0s
Now while worse than say the M1A1HC that is more an issue of the late abramses being funnily br’ed
After playing Abrams and return to playing t-72b3, I quickly find out that it is one of the bigger POS at 11.7, another overtiered trash at the wrong br is the t-72b3a with APS, that one should be max 12.0 not 12.3

Alright, but that’s not the reason. Still wondering why they didn’t give T-80U-E1 3BM60 shells, when there is evidence that variant can carry those.
Evidence I am reffering to:
On the first picture it say that it can load shell not longer than 740[mm]
On the second picture it says 3BM60 is 735[mm]

No, these tank’s you suggestd to move up (the Type 90) all dont have something higher tanks have, That is a much higher penning round, better thermals etc
T-80UK is effectively the same as the UE-1 just with lws/lr and normal atgm, whilst the T-72B3 does have the 3bm60 but probably worse thermals/less performance over the T-80UE1
The biggest difference is the U-E1 has a massively improved turret rotation speed, up to 40deg/s compared to the others max 24deg/s.

Ah, yes, because when your rounds cant pen someone, shooting them faster really helps.
Gaijin don’t want to add literal top-tier premiums (even though 11.7 was always getting uptiered into 12.0 anyway), and part of how they justify the slightly lower battle rating is by not giving premium tanks the best round they could use. Maybe they’ll change that now after decompression? But Svinets isn’t that much less effective than Svinets-1 so I’m not sure it’d make much of a difference either way
Absolutely. 3BM42 isn’t so effective neither so you have to find a weakspot too, but if you’re able to correct your mistake faster, you are superior.

It’s not about me facing it, it’s about the overall ability. In T-80U-E1 I can’t correct my mistake faster than 90% of the tanks while Type 90 can. Also, I can’t peek Type 90 after it missed the shot because by the time i peek and aim properly he already killed me 1-2 seconds before I could even think of taking the shot.

Good thing is it hadn’t received the basket yet, does it not have one irl? Shooting the hull is a hit and miss, sometimes you could nuke one crew then it return fire and kill you lol

Type 90 also has generation 1 thermals and a fixed x8 time zoom so view is as good as this forum post (its not good at all)
not to mention its large profile and extremely unreliable armor + russian tanks can just go through it like butter

Type 90 should be moved up and made even more redundant with a shell that can barely pen screw all

T-80UE-1 has not only better optic sights, better round + better spalling, better thermals, AND in most cases better armor
Type 90? Unreliable armor, optics that make you want to suffer, mid round for the BR, thermals that are lower quality than a 144p video on youtube.
