Again this BR essentially hits the change from unstabilized heavies to light tanks and vehicles with lazer rangefinders and such. It’s a pretty big change not to mention the much bigger maps you start seeing from 7.7 and up
Yeah most germany players are awful, especially around 8.0 due to the shift from heavy armor to no armor whatsoever. And 90% of games here are full uptiers which makes it extra bad
Exactly, when I first played Germany the M48 was awful, seriously stock APCR and my armor essentially went to tanking nothing. Not to mention the marder and BMP were my only other 7.x vehicles it was a crazy shift.
It’s been a long time since then and I’ve actually gone back and quite enjoy the M48, still need to fix my KD but it’s actually one of my favorite tanks now that I know how to play those vehicles. Unfortunately the uptiers are absolute hell since you can fight fully stabilized tanks with better ammo and armor than you while you’re stuck with a basic BMP 1
It’s definitely imo one of the more rough BR areas especially for new players as the game doesn’t tell you anything about what to expect so the shift is even more hard around this tier. Especially if you play CAS and get merked by a radar SPAA lol
youre missing the STRV 101. Its a good lineup at a horrific BR for compression and OP premiums from the 3 major nations
