Sukhoi Su-57 Felon - Technical details, Analysis and Discussion

I have seen enough. Put it at 10.3 br.

so it would be only slightly worse than base APG-77 in range, but significantly worse than every other 5th gen radar in LPI and anything that requires wideband

Su-57 main radar is based on GaN or GaAs?

GaAs

perhaps.

I needed a Su-57 one to go with the Fulcrum and Flanker one.

Interesting picture from George N on his twitter:

Am I crazy or do all the noses look slightly different

I might just be staring at it for too long and my mind is playing tricks on me.

But the T-50 seems to pint straight, Bort 01 seems to have a slight curve on the bottom part, and the post 2025 airframe seems to have less of a curve.

its probably just the lighting and that they dont are perfectly side on to whoever made the pictures

This is probably pretty old but I found it recently.

Izd. 30.

So, bottom left and top right.

Supposedly this is footage of the Su-57 testing the Izd. 30 back in 2023.

I stole it from R*ddit so take it with a grain of salt.

Is the engines still Al-41?

Afaik all production Su-57s are still using Al-41F1.

Iirc they plan to change to Izd. 177 soon. Al-51 (Izd. 30) is being pushed back again.

The best way to tell Izd. 177 from Al-41F1 is the nozzle, Izd. 177 is serrated where Al-41F1 is round.
