Anyway, does anyone have actual sources on the difference between Su-57E and 57M?

I assume if the buyer is willing to pay they can get something close to the 57M, or at least get Izd. 177

edit:
I found the Su-57E Brochure, which I’m iffy on trusting since it claims a max range of 7,800m with two in air refueling.

edit 2:

I found a picture of a Su-57E model with flat nozzles like the Al-51, so I assume it’s whatever the customer wants.

edit 3: better brochure.

doesnt seem all that great

Mach 1.1 on the deck, with only 2.0 at altitude

and that G limit seems very low

probably limited because of the RAM coating

thats how the rafale ended up with its low speed limit ingame
becasue the Rafale F3 actually has a lower limit due to the RAM coating it got compared to the Rafale F1/2

He isnt fully wrong tho, neither correct, but using deagel as source bro ong…

What server tho

Sadly no, as i have said before, Su-57M will never get “M” officially in the books from my sources. Its upgrades are kept hidden well, tho we know some of it.

Ram limitations mostly, otherwise it goes mach 2.3 - 2.4 at altitude

I am pretty sure g limit mentioned there is incorrect its supposed to be 9/6 g

Trashcan82’s server. I can invite you if you want.

For the Su-57M stuff he’s mostly correct, but when it comes to the 57E, I’m pretty sure it just comes down to how much the buyer is willing to pay.

Yeaaaaaaaaaa…

I think it’s more of a colloquial thing, since we know Su-57s are getting upgraded.

Maybe it just stands for Megapolis, who knows.

sure dm here

megapolis is just the codename of RnD

Same difference.

do you have sources for any of this?

because the highest G limit ive seen a source for is 8Gs

It has already been tested upto 2500kmph according to multiple other sources too

Its 9g pretty sure its a typo there

yeah it’s gonna be pretty mediocre in terms of speed unless gaijin pulls a flanker and gives it a 1.1 rip speed instead of standard 1.05.

Though, the 1.1 rip speed multiplier for the flanker does makes sense cause while the manual does say structual reasons for the operational speed limit, another one clarifies that it’s due to stiffening of the rudders by 65%, not that its wings rip off or something. So to me that’s fair that it gets a 1.1 wing rip speed instead of standard 1.05 multiplier as it’s not the actual wings themselves that are the reason why for the operational limit but just compression.

So you’re telling me the flanker should cease up like the scimitar?

Yup. I slightly lied though, its actually 60% and not 65% like i originally remembered

i did report a similar thing quite a while ago but got left on read (roll rate)
