That’s the opposite, it’s a coating applied to divergent segments to extend lifetime, and the more white it appears the less it has been used.

At least one is, yes. However, it might be difficult to get photos/videos from spotters anytime soon. The one (whom I know very well, a good friend) who filmed the Su-35 at OEB airbase back in March 2025 got some problems after recording
