The recent trees I grinded were in preview of the 1st wave of 5th gens that the leak said would release (F-22, Felon, J-20), with China grinded I can at least test all 3.
MKK had me thinking about grinding the tree since it dropped in Line of contact, and it’s by far the easiest time I’ve ever had.
I was thinking of rushing to the J-10C, but then the teaser dropped and the J-15 caught my attention more, so yeah I’ll finish down its line first, and catch up to the J10.

Well it will certainly suffer with that low amount of countermeasures.
I like the rest of the kit tho, 10 ARH without limitations and an ESA radar to go along with, airframe is good enough from what I could test, it’s no rocketship, but at the right alt and with a good old flank it gets up to speed.
Not 14.7 worthy as of now, no.
If it had a regular flanker CM amount and maybe a PL-12A that either has a better seeker or a longer booster it would be 14.7 worthy.

Atp just give it base pl12 and put it at 14.3.
Could also remove the double pylon to be more reasonable for 14.3
