Well they follow the procedure discussed in the manual.
In the manual after going post stall it’s very clear that you MUST let the nose come back down and you must build up to a specific speed before continuing. As if you do not you can very easily depart controlled flight and end up in a spin.
In war thunder you can pull 90 degrees AOA, take a shot. If you miss even if you didn’t recover you can just do it again and again. With 0 consequences.
In reality if you missed the first time you should basically end up in a bad spot as you need to lower the nose and accelerate.
If you are talking about SK manual - this is non TVC flanker. Sure any aircraft has to put nose down after post stall, but i am saying that recovery of a Flanker is very fast.
