I think they should prioritise not falling off of a carrier, but what do i know
Well, we know that there was 7 batches of Su-35S in 2025 and 4 batches of Su-57 in 2024. I think fair assumption will be around 2-3 months
Just make the carrier bigger, easy.
Thats the secret, comrade. Mother Russia is our carrier so Russian jets never fall off

Also didn’t 29K crashed during landing attempt on kuznetsov in 2016?
Natural selection, comrade. That MiG-29 was weak
Mother Nature always wins.
Even the electric lightning can supercruise
British trying to not create a dad joke out of a jet name
Speed in reality isn’t actually as used as you would think.
They did studies on this during the whole Vietnam war. F-4 Phantoms broke Mach 2 a grand total of like 5 times over the events of tens of thousands of combat sorties.
Where the average supersonic speeds in attack where like 1.2-1.6.
The USN said why do we need a plane that can do Mach 2.5 is terrible at low speed when we can have a plane that does 1.8 and is amazing to fly at all speeds.
The plane looks like a joke it looks like a fish swallowed a plane.
Its performance however is rather good especially for its time.
Don’t remind me about Lightning, especially about the Saudi one with comical amount of rocket pods
That thing just looks goofy
Speaking of flankers why does no one hardly use the actual G capabilities chart to bug report lift??
For 21,400 kg
Probably it was done already but gaijin did the usual
Buff it half way then somehow make it both over perform and under perform?
Flanker seems to me like a much better Hornet with more TWR.
Exceptional low speed and ITR.
However its sustained turn rate seems just average.
It’s gaijin. Before Flankers were massively gimped at low speed but superficially good at high speed rate. Now they are less gimped at low speed and less overperforming at high speed but core issue is the same
Hornet is probably a bit better at pulling AOA and control because of comically large control surfaces and wing mechanisation. But i dunno who has more lift at this speeds and AOA
I know its so goofy really.
As far as Hornet vs Flanker goes the Hornet is said to have better extremely low speed handling. This is obvious by their 2 AOA limits 25 vs 34. Both can exceed this IRL.
TVC flankers can post and spin but basically should fall out the sky after doing this not float like they do in game.
Well, not really, if you look at airshows they recover extremely quickly even almost from zero speed. Fully armed - sure, they need a bit more time to get enough acceleration.
