You’re claiming that the missile range performance for you is less than its intended performance. What do you mean there’s nothing for you to report?
I believe he is refering to effective range. The further the missile is out, the worse its control is.
Look at the vt1. It CAN go 12km but past like 8km, you cant hit much

There’s no evidence that Pantsir can frag 18km jets IRL, thus there is nothing to report.
As far as I know, the Pantsir’s ~13km range against jets is working correctly.
These are jets doing minor evasive maneuvers during CAS runs, by the way. Real life pilots do this, and adopting it for yourself is valuable.

The effective range of the Pantsir is 18KM “guaranteed launch range”.

Guaranteed range is just “this missile can go at least this far”. Effective range is “this missile can hit an evasive aircraft up to this range”

You’re thinking of the max range, not the operational range which is 18KM.
The max range is 20KM, between 18KM - 20KM the missile won’t have energy to do anything else.
In that case, the vt1’s stat card needs to change so that the guarnteed range is 8km
And all stat cards need to say “operational range” and not “guarnteed launch range”
The operational range of the VT-1 is 11KM

I have not had this issue. I have had the missile fly through a plane before though. It was a very entertaining replay.
