it is not a double standart if there are clear distinctions between prototypes and service vehicles
it would actually be a double standart to give the F-14D AMRAAMs

So than people have the right to ask for it because vehicles like yak141 etc are the reason why people can ask for f14D w/ AMRAAMs at least the f14D and AMRAAMs both where/are in service
the yak-141 was never in service
its service designation would have been yak-41
but it never entered service due to the colaps of the soviet union
and you are asking for any plane that is in service to get any armament that is in service as well
