Again, there’s a big difference between placing something a single BR step lower and four BR steps lower on purpose for “pressure”.

BMPT ended up at 10.3 mostly because of their inability to balance unique vehicles. Otherwise TT one could’ve been added at a higher BR.

Would be nice if a single feature is all a tank has. A simple reload speed being increased or decreased by 2-3-4s can completely change vehicle’s performance and warrant a new BR.

You seriously can’t think BMPT was as easy to balance as 2RI for example lol.

This community doesn’t realize they hold all the power in their hands, they’re basically judge, jury and executioner, but somehow they’re still incredibly happy when Gaijin gives them even a single crumb.

You see, western communities also have a big leverage over Gaijin, which is money, but you actually need a spine to act on that without giving in to the consoomer brain that people are subtly trained to have.

Western community is vast and not as bound to their nationalistic tendencies. Partially due to being so vast, And their leverage is small due to the presence of common sense related to online spending.

The Bkan wasn’t really an issue, you know what is though? You would think after releasing a lot of tanks with high ROF high caliber tanks (which you seemed to forget about), they wouldn’t keep repeating the same mistake? Almost like they do this on purpose?

It’s not, but it isn’t difficult or impossible like what you’re foolishly suggesting. 11.3 would’ve been an understandable starting point for this tank. A T-series hull covered in relikt and spall liners, crewless turret, twin 30mm guns, 4 atakas. Completely invincible hull down and can tank shots like no other. It really isn’t that hard, it just requires money being taken out of the equation.

trust me, I know that very much, the issue is that it takes all sub-communities in WT agreeing on the same thing which rarely happens.

I have my fair issues with CCs, especially the one who started it but not all of them are like that. There are people who make videos like that through out the years and use this situation to spread the message.

They are the people who connect to the average player which is the majority. If you get them on board, then we have a lot of power to do a lot.

Trying to alienate them is just stupid, If you look at it from a political perspective.

While the bmpt has better armor protection and 2x 30mm 4x tandem missiles and can fire its missiles on the move and dual control also just better survivability

I disagree. The only thing the IRIAF has better is Fakours, F-14D is the best 12.7 by far.

Su-39 also doesn’t have all its weapons and I would argue is in a much worse position

We already discussed how Relikt has limited use in BRs where K5 is already more than enough to stop things going your way, especially on the UFP.

Yes it is, you’re just using hindsight to claim otherwise.
We’ve seen how much it paid off for Gaijin to add something 1.3 BR below in comparison to some other, bland high tier premium.

What effect are you talking about ?
They’ll just write in the devblog that they’re adding yet another copypaste slop because “muh lineups and/or time constraints”. It won’t solve anything and major problems regarding that will remain as is.

Gaijin has been doing this for a long while now and they aren’t showing any signs of stopping.
I bet you remained positive when they were feeding you with promises of constant roadmaps and other empty corporate talk.

Copypaste slop is affecting both Air and Ground for a while now but I don’t see any changes about that, same as with overpriced and often too strong premiums.

People are just dumb and will eat the slop like there’s no tomorrow.

Again, all bark no bite until Gaijin is hit where it matters the most, which is money.

They’re just using this to rack up their view count and feed off of drama.
It’d be easy for all of those who complained to cut ties with Gaijin, stop making “normal” content about WT and spread the word about issues in the game. They obviously won’t do that because it’ll affect their bottom line.

All in all, a bunch of CCs are nothing more than spineless grifters, offering little of value when it comes to actual problem solving. I’d also say that a large part of their NPC community isn’t any better either.

I’m disagreeing with the premise that they knew exactly what they were doing and that they knew they’ll be adding a 11.7 vehicle down at 10.3, just to get money.

You’re shifting the goal post. The context of this is to see if there was high caliber, high ROF guns (which you didn’t think they were any).

AGS has lesser offensive capabilities than the 120s which is at 10.3. Not sure why you think offensive capabilities is the only thing that is being considered.

Except that tandem warheads can and will pen through K5 much more reliably than Relikt

Are you forgetting that the BMPT has spall liners and more ERA coverage on the side?

I’m using inference not hindsight. You’re acting as if the the T-90M hull, atakas, 2a42, crewless turrets don’t exist. It doesn’t take a genius to know what would happen at that BR.

We did… a 70 dollar premium that was bought so much it managed to be placed avg 5th place for the most played rank 7 premium. All other thanks around it has existed in the game for quite a while and has went on sale multiple times.

If any of the drama that happened recently affected their decision making, which I believe it did.

Maybe or maybe not. Again, we’ll have to wait and see, then I will judge it once that does happen.

I was skeptical at first but considering how much healthier the game has gotten if compared to before the review bomb, I was positive once changes were made.

For this, we’ll have to wait and see as these changes are directly related to their content.

If you need a threshold where it needs to be .3 br lower than what it should for you to think they use balancing for people to spend money, I could care less. Your initial argument is that they don’t use balancing as a method to pressure people spending money which you yourself contradicted later on.
