I have my best overall KD of any top.tier jet in the mig29 smt and iv got them all.
Granted iv only played 10 months and pulled negative 100’s of kills back over time in the EF but still it still.sits as my best…
Yak-38 Mig-21, Su25K, Su39, etc. I’ll make a full list if need be.
My kd in the smt isn’t terrible but i just csnt stand playing it because the flight model is so bad

Many claim the mig 21 beats the f5, both are false.
I never see many f8s to jidge and last time i ran the f8 i was a comolete noob and snapped my wings every other game😂

Feels like groundhog day. Go left high kill 1 or 2 with 27ers without fail. Dunk the 4 77s on furball. It just works

The 10.7 is fine.
The 10.3 pulls like 6 g"s and jumps to 14 and insta snaps wings… never flown anytning like it tbh
it doesnt as much anymore, around when they added f15s they changed how wing rip works
It was my first ever 10.0 jet back over 2 and a half years ago, you literally only had to air break drop throttle to about 1000kph or less and turn, as well as net G a bit when you did it.
They also completely overhauled how it works and if you wing rip in it now you really are just holding the wep down and elevator

The Kfir canard is just way too frustrating to play. It’s one of the only vehicles that I had to stop playing before I punched straight through my monitor.
And I almost never have anger issues in any game.

I was. It was the first jet id used that felt like it could compete (statted WT with GB that has exactly nothng good till 12.0)
Holding S all the way lol. Iv played a few here and there since and its not really an issue now as it can be sorted with neg G… but can still catch you out as it pulls so hard.
If it ever helps you trying it again, the Kfir Canard is better played as a support dogfighter, not as a frontline brawler like an F-4E or a MiG-23 could for example.
Climb towards a flank of the map, then dive and gunrun/orbital IR sling clueless people, I had a real good experience with it following that role, its thrust to weight is also goated to commit to certain fights and then get back into the thick of it.

Mig-29SMT. It has a poor loadout and the worst flight model.
My rankings for 13.3 from the best to the worst would be:
Su-30MK2
J-11A
JF-17
F-16D
The other F-16s
Mig-29SMT
Shame such as it is.
I really like to use it for both GRB as wrll as ARB but I’ve yet to acquire the Su30 or 34 for grb
Im.guessing the good times you talk of are way in the past… iv asked a few pro players and not 1 says anything good. I bought it as i love dorito planes- dont even wanna grind israel.
I play the way you describe in most jets i fly.
But as nearly every game is 11.0- 12.0 (no exageration 11.0 and 8.3 are no contest the worst BRs in the game for uptiers)
The surprise mig 23 and its invisibke r24s are gunna get ya…avoid that - you are still being bullied by full radar lobbies every game.

The j11a is worst IMO as the RWR in uptiers completly loses the plot. Flashes one side mawws shows the other etc mig 29 smt doesnt have this issue.
End of day r27s are all you need. I did good (for me) in the j11 13.0 when it was vs 14.0 every game because the missiles are that good
Not really, the BR range has been stable and there shouldn’t be any reason to believe it shouldn’t behave exactly to when I played it.
Easy solution: when you get radar signals, sideclimb. The Kfir RWR pings signals, not tracking, use that information wisely.
R-24s or 1st-2nd gen SARH missiles are no wunderwaffe like the R-27s.
Nah, I’m definitely not a god at the game. I complain when a vehicle is trash, but I get to recognize if a vehicle is decent enough given its features for the battlerating.
