When they are paired in a good platform yes, I keep seeing 6 kill streaks with Kh-29s in Su-30, people sleep on TV guided weapons. Point locks are good enough for SPAA that stand still, and the lock range is not as bad as people make it out to be. Also said TV guided missile is Mach 1.8 and has a massive warhead.
Pop from the horizon, lock everything at close range, dip and see the kills pour in. You don’t need the 10 km stand-off range of IR missiles in the new SAM environment.
Also, the missile is fast enough for you to lead a point lock where you believe a tank will drive through and get the seeker to lock onto the tank as it drives past the seeker’s FoV.

It depends. With that flight model its 13.0 worthy. Its not a Tornado or any of the other Strike busses.
Eurofighter is also high BRed in GRB, despite no F&F ordnance at all. Just laser guided and GNSS stuff and still 13.0, too.
Aside from getting 6 supersonic TV missiles, it gets 2 R-77 and 4 R-73, it’s not just a “subpar” strike aircraft but an extremely good multirole fighter.
At 12.3 there is the early Hornet with just 4 or 3 Mavericks, no HMD, no IRCCM missiles and only AIM-7P, and it sits at the same BR on ground.
We really need 15.0 BR for ground, everything’s still too compressed for tank battles. 12.7 for top tier tanks and anything 1.0 BR above that should be CAS spam.
No they don’t, those things aren’t top tier material and only appear strong against subpar teams and foes.
6km long range is pathetic and a single pop of smoke will render them useless.

You also didn’t even address the fact that the early Hornet is the same BR as this and the Su-27SM which is identical to the Su-30 sits at 12.7 lol. Actually, it’s worse, because it can’t carry as many Kh-29 and TV bombs.
No issues with it being 12.7 in GRB.

Well it clearly not useless at 12.3 and it’s totally wiping lobbies out lol. You are legit complaining about TV weapons being trash, but the engagement distances in the game are so short that it doesn’t really matter. You can get a point lock out to 6 or 5 kilometers and it will only take 3 to 2 seconds for the seeker to see the target, TV weapons are not trash like people make it out to be, you’d only be wasting your shots if you are firing them at 10 kilometers or more.
Su-30MK needs to go to 12.7, this is just busted, imagine trying to do this with just the early Hornet, which you have been ignoring this whole time lol.

The Tornado IDS (and I guess the AJS37?) get Chaff Stock because of the BOZ pods. No way to have flares stock without also having the chaff
That mod on the SLE I think unlocks the BOZ-ECs, so MAWS/240 mixed CM pods.
Compared to something like the Tornado? Yes, it is the best in its class at that BR. Remind me again why the early Hornet is also the same BR as the premium Su-30? Like bro, one has R-77 and R-73 while the Hornet is carrying AIM-9L (lol) and AIM-7P, like you can’t be serious lol. And you sacrifice everything for CAP for 4 freaking Mavericks, while the Su-30 can carry a multirole loadout without sacrificing its defensive capabilities.
The closest thing to the Su-30 prem is the Netz or the F-16A but they can’t even carry Fox 3 missiles to begin with, and they are just 0.3 BR below in ground. I’m just highlighting how ABSURDLY COMPRESSED the air battle ratings are in ground battles.

Yeah, Little excuse for the Su-30Mk2 to not be 12.7 in GRB. Far more comprable to the Fox-3 F-18s
