Sm-3 can easily fire KH-38MT’s outside of any NATO Spaa range, not mention it has the best RWR that can even detect Pantsir’s radar lock and equipped with MAWS that will warn you against any type missile.
In terms of pure CAS ability nothing can come close to Su-25M3.

Unlike KH-38MT’s (which has IR seeker) KH-29’s contains Tv Seeker which greatly limits your ability to engage with ground units from longer ranges,especially on bad weather. Not to mention Mig-29SMT doesnt even thermal pod that can identify ground units from long ranges.
Meanwhile KH-38MT’s doesnt care if the target sits at 15+Km or bad weather due to having IR seeker.

Thats quite literally a skill issue on your part Mavericks have LOAL capability so firing them against SPAA sitting in spawn can be done out to 20km and if you cant see out to 10km with that level of zoom you need to get your eyes checked its not like the Su-25 where you have 0 zoom and have to manually guide the missiles
They’re a guaranteed one shot 100% of the time now same goes for hellfires
