Was playing 10.0 USSR yday,all the games were absolute slaughter that we lost within 5 min. All i needed was to get last 30k RP for first Sprut,yet it was annoying to play. Have much more success playing US 10.3 than USSR 10.0 in terms of WR and teams lol. Now also with Strela at 10.3,there is no useable SPAA except the mediocre Shilka with Iglas.
You said only USSR and USA player have fun when I have seen many yt and French mains talk about how much fun and how well they do in certain tanks. I was simply providing an example to prove your blanket statement wrong
You said USSR is,which i corrected to US. Cause USSR is far from king of CAP and CAS. 16A/C are superior in both CAP and CAS capability to MiG-27 and 29/Su-27
Mig 29 is a balanced counterpart to the F-16 and Su 27 is a counterpart to the F-15. I have both and I play both so you can’t BS me here.
Except you forget one thing. The moment you go 5 meters above the tree line in any plane that is against USSR, you get pantsired in your ass. Do you not see the issue here? Pantsir literally nullifies any advantages of its enemies. USSR planes don’t have to fear that.
No they are properly balanced against the efficacy of CAS.
The issue is the lack of comparable systems in other nations.

If only the Pantsir would see low flying planes. The easiest way to defeat one is flying low and maving it close up or gun it down. And how is SMT balanced to 16C,when it have no TGP,way worse flight performance,radar and A2G ordnance. The only thing SMT have going for it are 29Ts but acquiring target with it due to lack of TGP is hard.
Also,Pantsir is unable to hit plane flying perpendicular to it,and the missle can be evaded by barrel roll.

you cannot close distance that fast, shoot a missile, then break off before get destroyed
