At this point I don’t even care about viable, I just want that aircraft.
I don’t care if it doesn’t have HMD or has a placeholder radar or w/e. I just want a slightly better F-16AJ with AAM-3 and AAM-4 and a drogue chute.

I guess yeah since they did fly it about to try it out and then pass it over for the Crusader.
But like, that’s an aircraft that Japan can get, and one that iirc would be better than the version the US could get.

The Super Tiger did exist, and unlike the AJ, the Japanese actually spent money to buy it.

Everyone gets to love what they love and want to see things, but the T-1A/B seems like another snorefest (doesn’t mean it doesn’t deserve to be in game if that’s what you want).
The P-1 is insanity. Sorry. It is so BR dependent that I don’t think you could balance it in game. Either it’s going to be way too OP for the bracket it’s in, or it’s going to be shredded out of the skies by almost anything as it’s basically the size of a 737.

The AJ is a proposed F-16 that the Japanese weren’t interested in.
The F-11F-1F was a finalized aircraft that the Japanese tried to purchase. AND they tested it.
AND THE US CAN GET ONE TOO
