Sure, but the inaccuracy of the Apache’s chin-mounted gun is incredible, and the Ka-52’s gun is very accurate. Not to mention that APDS is much faster than HEDP, so it will be more effective against aircraft.

At first i thought it was useless but as the time goes my Ka-52 proved that my opinion on Igla was wrong.
To be fair, it was extremely accurate to the point where the military had reduced its accuracy (increased its dispersion) to have a better effect when fighting against infantry, at least from what I can remember.
I haven’t had issues with Apache’s gun accuracy.
I’ve had no issues with accuracy against aircraft with Apache’s gun either, being effective out to 2km with ease.
Also skill makes the 1200mm+ AGMs even stronger. TOW-2 penetration and explosives isn’t what I like for the top end.

The only thing I had minor disagreement on is the cannon and your personal opinion for the Ka-52 over other helicopters, that’s it.
However, if you decide to post the Ka-52 is trash/bad, then yes we’d disagree there.
Rooivalk has the best AGMs in the game period. 540 meters per second 1350mm penning laser guided AGMs.

Skill doesn’t matter nearly as much for laser-guided / fire-and-forget ATGMs since you have little to no control of where it ends up. The only skill you have to master is when to fire them and hope for the best that they don’t end up next to a bush (or smoked up).

Mokopas are slower than Vikhirs, and they loft, meaning that it’s effectively going, perhaps, 450m/s if they would go straight.
And still as fast as Khriz and Ataka, while being vastly superior to all the Soviet missiles.

The damage model is the last thing on the Kamovs that over-performs; and despite that I have zero issues fragging them personally.
Partially cause I learned how to aim against all helicopters in the peak of 2019 & 2020 heli rushes.

AGM preference is mostly preference, but you won’t be fragging honed players with Vikhrs nearly as often as other means.
And non-thermal low-zoom optics at 11.0 Vikhrs aren’t as strong as people think.
I’ve been happy to see the power of G-Lynx recognized and I see more of them in matches now.
The Russian propaganda that “Ka-50 is best” is finally dying down enough for people to find better helicopters in other tech trees for the BRs they are.
Granted, Ka-50 also lacks a lineup these days as well. Bringing it solo means dooming your team to a dead slot, bringing it with 11.3 means you intentionally spawned something worse than a Mig-27K.
