Rearming takes 10s.
Slinging off 16 FnFs is pretty normal gameplay.
Yes that’s why Spikes and other FnF are good.
With ammo box it has 24 missiles and you have 32 with a single rearm. It’s obvious who wins on attrition.
You don’t have to fire all 16 on the AA, you fire it on everything you see and it’s the AAs job to defend the team.
The Namers are bad (the bushmaster doesn’t do much unless you shoot at the opponent’s engine and he just dies from the fire), it gets ammo racked by simple machine guns and after that you are a moving brick. Spikes are the only thing that saves them, though they’re not the most reliable missiles (they hardly hit leopards though they can kill T-80s). The Tsrikhon is basically the same though it doesn’t get ammo racked as easily, the APS is a joke in both the Namer Tsrikhon and Merkava Mk4 M.
I can’t say much about the AH-60 as I don’t have other helicopters to compare it to, but it’s a utility helicopter with Spikes so it’s obviously heavy. Of course Spikes save the helicopter so I understand the BR change if they actually work, their reliability isn’t the best as they sometimes disappear (might just be that they lose lock). The Pantsir is an absolute nightmare, I once shot 8 Spikes, and they were all intercepted by the same Pantsir. Also I don’t know the survivability and manoeuvrability of, for example, the AH-129D with Spikes.
F-15s are F-15s you can’t expect to manoeuvre as much as other planes, much less with A2G munitions on it.
Matchmaking is horrid, you get matched against Russia so many times it gets boring, there’s the KH-38MTs which basically can kill a tank in a much more reliable way. To add to that, our ‘top tier’ SPAA is an Imp.Chaparral with 17G missiles on a 6-kilometer range and a speed of Mach 2, not only that, you’can’'t even lock on to a Russian helicopter due to their IRCM. Of course, you get paired with the USA on a daily basis with very, very few chances of getting paired against them so much that I don’t know how to kill an M1 as I couldn’t care less. And about no one playing it, I can guess there are multiple reasons for that besides the ones you’ve mentioned, one of them being politics, which is weird, considering that there are other countries with political issues too.
The new Netz is the biggest joke I’ve ever seen, I’m curious as to why would anyone buy it, considering that the Israeli tech tree is quite fast to grind.
On the Merkava Mk4 M I have the same issue as with the helicopter, but I can say that, for all I know its round is good enough, it gets a 5-second reload, too. The thing I like the least about it is that the engine is in the front, which unless you charge in while going backwards (I have to try that) you can get immobilized pretty quick. The armour is… well, according to the protection analysis, you can get penned pretty easily on the front no matter the angle (besides the lucky spots) by anything with at least 400 mm of penetration (UFP, LFP included).
That’s just your fault, it’s like trying to kill a T-80 by shooting at the UFP. The problem is that people don’t face Merkavas as usually as other tanks like T-80s, Leopards or Abrams and because of that they struggle more by shooting at the same places as they do to other tanks.
My problem is that people don’t have to think while fighting a Merkava. Even an inexperienced level 10 premium tank player can just shoot randomly and kill the damn thing.
If I was to properly balance the Merkava’s armor like how Gaijin stated they do, through true balance (what a joke), I would do it like this.
This would bring it more in-line with other top tier vehicles while still having weakspots.
Nah it would lead to it being the best tank by far. Amazing armor, round, optics, reload speed, no NATO hump, good at side scraping, pretty good mobility, etc.
I’d argue it is the best tank in the world, but that’s debatable.
However, I will state that if this change is to occur, the Merkava should have its weight corrected to 80-85 tons since it does weigh that, and Gaijin is in denial.
1.ppl with lifes dont get aces for top tier stuff
2.if u dont fire all of them u wont kill the pantsir(i dout u will even if u fire all of them)
3.no other countries have diffrent versions like pars which are far better
Do u know how much time it takes for a spike to travel?
Its like 40sec for 5km
180mps=around its just sad how pantsir just shoot it with no issue or just take cover
Also if u fire on mbts and such they can lose lock from los or smoke in all that time so even if u sling all 16 u naybe gonna kill 3
Good players will take a mix of hellfire to shoot mbts and spikes to shoot on spaa yea thats how bad they are
Me when I’m in a misinformation competition and my opponent is “Handmade RPGs”.
Hate to break it to you, but the Merkava Mk.4M and beyond can withstand nearly any weapon you’d commonly use against a tank. The only ones it can’t stop are those that no MBT can stop.
Drone warfare is useless and the only hope of taking it out with an RPG is if you’re behind it, which is barely achievable with luck and any NATO or Russian MBT can’t say the same. The Merkava Mk.4M Barak is currently the most advanced tank in service globally as well.
I don’t need to be a genius to figure that out when you have public data about their loss rates during combat missions. It’s nearly Zero.
