no, it can fire faster, just like the tanks can drive faster than they can in warthunder, there are limits put on stuff so they dont wear down faster or have problems.
Still more reliable on the move, and able usually more reliable than human loaders as the auto loaders don’t get tired.

but commander can replace the tired loader, if commander tired gunner replace, after 2 of them tired loader would be relax a bit then the cycle continue

5 sec is base on perfect condition, because crews ingame after getting hit by a 120mm apfsds shell clean through after 30 seconds revived to perfect healthy condition and continue is not how irl works

this raise some problem
t series tank have amazing frontal armor and far far smaller weakspot than any of the tank ingame
this would make the player base outrageous because the NATO tank and abrams in game is currently(look currently) not accurate
challengers, ariete, leclerc are far from the irl counter part and alot of problems ingame
the autoloader buff would likely come when gaijin see the wr of them lower or all of the changes to the said tank are fixed, otherwise not
