I still don’t get the “stalinium”…i am pretty sure you could do the same kind of replays with tanks on every nation…particularly the “strong” ones…Tiger, Panther, T26s, some M4s, Centurion…there are tanks that survive odd hits on every nation…including KVs and T34s of course.
And surely bugs (in the form of odd kills/survivals) on EVERY MATCH…even on vulnerable tanks. I recall that german open tops or brit/italian light vehicles used to be very hard to kill some months back…
I play most nations…i see no particular advantage in survivability on russian vehicles…and so the data usually shows…
Since the major update that gaijin started the replay hit analysis i am checking almost all the odd hits i have when i play tanks . At this time i am playing italy br 4.0 and so far beside the odd hits that concern russian tanks that i have posted here , i had only 2-3 that concerned other nations (i remember a panzer iv and an m-10 for sure ).
As i said many times again it happens to other nation tanks too but not with such frequency as with russian. To prove my point or the opposite we need official data that i dont think that can be provided . Even if I start posting odd shots of all nations here but still the russian tanks incidents are much more frequent im not going to convince someone that doesnt want to be convienced.
He buying into the myth of Russian tank getting some kind of magical armor. He only see it on russian tank , when the armor being inconsistent happen across all nation.

In your video we see that what happened in battle agrees with what the replay hit analysis shows afterwards , a very lucky moment for the freccia indeed but in my cases the replays do not agree with what happened in battle there is a huge difference dont you think?
Yeah I definitely find ingame* vs Armor pen view* in the Hanger* is not the same, I’ve found that’s because the tank ingame* is not on level ground, and the tank in the hanger* is, the game replay/Armor Pen view* for hits doesn’t account for the other tanks angle on terrain just Impact angle wich is close but not 100% to Live game shots
Problem is that personal experience doesn’t confirm it.
When i play russian tanks i die as easy as with other nations…in most vehicles at least.
EXCEPT some specific vehicles…in Russian i recall Zis5 and T34(42)…probably a few more…
And most importantly…as TARGETS i see no special toughness on Russian tanks…i recall at least as many more problems with US and German (Panther, Tiger, T26, Jumbo)
I guess each player can have his own experience and opinion…
BTW…there is no Gaijin data…but i recall win rate tables made by players and they showed no win advantage by Russians…which would be very visible if their tanks were somehow tougher…
IMHO this is more some kind of bias due to the devs nationality…which also happens on other games with other dev countries… :)
THAT SAID…it is rather natural for a person to make better “stats” for the “team” they like…even if not deliberate…BUT i think this is more visible in the vehicles performance in game vs real world performance…not on some arbitrary “stalinium”.

Its not Stalinium but come on, the maps are totally favoring their tanks.
Second they are good in paper and since it’s a game they face none of the short comings of real life and were they should it is not modeled!!
See BMP-1&2 vs Bradley, on the game there is no exposed gunner as in real life and in game it plays much better. Same goes for the M60s commanders nested 50cal, in real life this a true + but in game its depicted like a HIT sink.
This is fake considering their downside heavily hold russian tank back , mainly the gun handling. Any of the med to big map automatically push the russian tank down to the bottom of the barrel.
Again , this is also false. It is a game so not only the russian but other nation also get their paper performance ported into game. Picking two example while ignoring the rest doesn’t help your case
What downside? You mean gun depresion? Come on m8, have you played flak88 or the Breda? Gun depression is a minus but not a big issue when you have armor and insta kill shots.
Either way all the maps are getting COD style and are slowly deprived of flanking and sniper spots something Westerns tanks are designed for.
