Assuming both pilots are skilled only suits to benefit the MICA as both aircraft will have 0 problems avoiding any radar missiles all the way to the merge. At that point the MICA is downright the best, as it can actually be used in a dogfight and will likely be fired in an angle that won’t allow defeat.

DM53 L/55 can reliably go through the UFP of K5 tanks which can’t be said for the Swedish one. That’s a big advantage on it’s own.
122s all have gen1 gunner thermals while 2A7s have gen2, which is a big positive.
2A7s definitely aren’t objectively worse than 122s.

Even it’s own round fails to go through the beak so gameplay differences are minimal.
I don’t know about you, but I’d trade a slightly worse beak that will still eat shots consistently for gen2 thermals and a round that can pen the UFP of K5 tanks.
