Spike without Fire & Observe/Update is not a Spike.
Anyhow good luck to convinging Gaijin to implement proper lofting, there has been same effort with Hellfires for a looong time.
Australia, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bulgaria, Brazil, Cameroon, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Kurdistan, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Netherlands, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Thailand, South Korea, Spain, United Kingdom and the United States all use the spike ATGM in either a vehicle or man portable state. What is your point?

You may aswell ask why Russia has no Abrahams or challenger tanks then since abrahams and challenger have very low loss rates in comparison to russian or soviet MBTs.
Every doctrine is different.
If Austria where to invent a revolutionary technology that changes warfare entirely does not nescesarily mean that everone is going to adapt it if it is not deemed as nescesarry.
Or they simply have other, more relevant issues rn .

The closest thing russia has is I think the Hermes missile, which doesnt loft and acts like a Maverick, and seems to be utter vaporware

ingame top down attacks are all dull. Be it Pars or Spike… Even if those climb super high up above the battlefield, when it finally heads downwards, it always hits one of the side/frontal armor arrays. NEVER the TOP of a tank. Lofting is bugged or intentionally nerfed. For hits into the side or frontal armor the warhead is too weak, means the whole missile gets pointless. You just can’t kill MBTs this way, used spike all day, but just got one kill (an unarmored light). Another issue is that is often fails to hit.

I have gotten MBT kills but you need to make sure the IR lock is on the rear end of the tank and you have to hope it’s either side on to you or sort of 3/4 profile - Spike will hit the engine deck and with a bit of luck shrapneling sets off the ammo. Any other time it either just hits barrel, driver’s hatch, or explodes for no reason mid-air.
