One question, I honestly have no idea what level of protection a spall liner gives, but is this normal?
I remember spall liners being a bit more of a pain when they first were added to the game but no honestly I not sure the last time I was like “Ahh dam spall liner ate that”
Was it nerfed?
Am I just remembering this wrong?
