This ship is just ruining battleships for me. It’s such a slap in the face to fans of naval combat.
I thought it would be impossible to ruin top tier naval more than they already have. It seems, like life, Gaijin finds a way.

This was clearly the most anticipated naval update across most of naval-capable nations, and somehow Russia managed to steal the show with a bluepaper ship.

Yeah. The Soyuz has extremely powerful SAP rounds and also most powerful AP rounds in damage. My Mutsu feels like using APCR, but more random because guns are so inaccurate.

For H45, yes. The schwere Gustav, mounted on railsway is real and it was used against soviets.
The super Yamato was designed. I recall someone finding the Musashi blueprint in a shipyard. So theres a small chance that the blueprint could be found (it was designed)

No, design did not finalized among 4 options, and none of those have blueprint, only ROC was made.
The worst part about the Soyuz is that it’s never going to be nerfed, considering how all of the russian ships have overperforming shells - for example the 130mm that have SAP shells outperforming even 6-inch SAP, and their 180mm that have higher penetration than even the best 8-inch guns and it’s not like they are faster or something else allows them to pen as much, because even 203mm shells that are only 20 m/s slower are outperformed by this joke of a shell, or another example - the Kronshtadt having 12-inch shells that are better than some 15-inch shells on other ships because of some russian magic.
So now we have to play against the full force of russian bias outperforming facts and logic that Gaijin refuses to use when adding other ships.
