ive just taken a look at the NASAMS on the dev server. Radar platform is identical, but ID’s version is on a tow mount like the SLAMRAAM, whereas the Norway (I think) version is on a truck bed. Launcher looks identical, ours is on an 8x8 mercedes benz chassis instead (in game its a 6x6). Additionally worth mentioning that ours is the NASAMS 2, rather than the NASAMS 3 in-game
Technically under the current scheme of how Japan exports its military equipment - “joint development” will be needed but with the Philippines’ propensity to cut around the budget, we might see a slightly budget-friendly Chu-Sam system that will be exported to the Philippines if it ever does.
It might receive a different radar and instead of 6 missiles per launcher, only 3 will be fitted. Still it will be a Chu-Sam and with the Reciprocal Access Agreement in place, Japan wont even need to send a dedicated training facility but could just invite Filipino operators to train in Japan directly instead (the Philippine Coast Guard already does it).
Still, very early to tell but considering that Japan is very open with ODA, it might not even have to be specifically an inferior version. Just has to be “different” for it to pass through with “joint development”.
So from what i understand the Russian community are malding because TUDM Su-30 MKM got ahistorical missile of R-77-1 and Kh-38MT. so should Gaijin put Su-30 MKM got ahistorical loadout (just like Indonesian Hawk 209 got Sea eagle missile) or appease the community with give Su-30 MKM with historical loadout?

right now Hawk 209 didn’t have ground lineup for 10.3 or at least 10.7
I thinking about Indonesian Leopard 2A4+ and Pindad Cobra 105 but @NFrost51 said the gun installed for Cobra 105 in the factory most likely mockup. Pindad Harimau is probably in 11.7 because the ammo it got. Indonesian Marines BTR-4M if it got it’s ATGM maybe could sit in 10.3. Malaysian PT-91M idk how on par with the Russian T-72B series in the game it could be 10.7 or 11.7
Any suggestion or idea for that lineups? (Singapore already confirmed for Israel, leaving Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand for JP TT)
Safer bet is 10.3 actually, uses the Cockerill 3105 turret, there are vehicles already in game with that turret (or earlier developments of the 3105) and they are 10.0 & 10.3, (Patria CT-CV 105HP, Boxer MGS, & CV 90105 XC-8).
yeah, if Harimau didn’t get the M1060CV APFSDS then it’s 10.3 but maybe gaijin can add the prototype version without the M1060CV at 10.3 and the Production version with M1060CV at 11.7
The M1060CV round is compatible with both the Boxer MGS and CT-CV 105HP, they just don’t have them for balance reasons, given Himaru is basically a CV90105 XC-8, I can’t see gaijin sabotaging a potential 10.7 line up by targeting a 11.0+ BR
