Column of Indonesian Leo2A4s in formation during preparation for the TNIAD Fair starting tomorrow & for the Armed Forces Anniversary on the 5th of October next month
During the Fair the P8 Light Tank will be showcased so ill try to find some images of it once the event is open proper.
Also slightly interesting, the 2RI’s camo is slightly different to the 2A4+ with it having a bit more of the tan coloring near the roof and rear compared to the mostly green and dark grey of the 2A4+
I hope I get my Suggestion approved soon, I really want to replace the current pictures with the new ones…
My June suggestion is still just gathering cobwebs in pending rn, highly doubt itll be processed soon.
My Cobra IFV one was suggested in early June and has only been approved last week, a full three months later 😅
Looks like Malaysia might look at some new toys:

Looks like those political monkey we voted finally decided to spend some money in defence…

The image also clearly shows the difference of the AC compartment near the right rear side of the hull
Marder 3 has a new camo with a lighter tone of the brown (seems to be the same shade used in the new Leo2RI camo)

Here’s a comparison between the Leo2A4+ & Leo2RI

Basically the entire right hand corner of the hull is different, additionally the Sideskirts is also not the same. The stowage box on the rear of the turret of the 2RI is also noticable larger compared to the 2A4
BVP-2 w/ Konkurs ATGM (I think)

See guys, they care!

Atakas was probably omitted due to balancing for the BR, which is fair enough, but why is the FFAR not in-game? its not like itll be anything groundbreaking its just 24 70mm rockets, but its still a unique thing to add to an otherwise bare bones standard C&P heli. So sad.
I don’t get why they want the BR to be 9.7 though, why do that when we have 2 9.3s and a 9.7 already? There’s just a massive gap waiting to be filled between 9.7 and 11.7
The ID Apache can help around there, its just I think the AH-64E, being a shiny new toy is released only for the Americans first and the rest of the countries will follow at a later date
Mi-35 just doesnt have advanced enough optics etc to compete around that BR unfortunately
Four Indonesian pilots had just completed their solo flight as a part of their training for the Rafales

Empat Penerbang TNI AU Sukses Terbang Solo dengan Jet Rafale di Perancis
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Four Air Force (AU) fighter pilots who are members of Pilot Training Batch 1 managed to fly solo using Rafale fighter aircraft at Escadron de Transformation Rafale (ETR) 3/4 Aquitaine, Base Aérienne 113, Saint-Dizier, France.
The four aviators are Lt. Col. Pnb Binggi Nobel, Maj. Pnb Eri Nasrul Mahlidar, Major Pnb Arie Prasetyo, and Major Pnb Yusuf Atmaraga. They completed the solo flight gradually until September 19, 2025.
“This success is an important achievement in the series of Pilot Training Batch 1 as well as marking the readiness of TNI AU personnel in operating the Rafale before the aircraft officially strengthens Indonesian air defenses,” said Head of the Air Force Information Service (Kadispenau) First Marshal (Marsma) TNI I Nyoman Suadnyana in his statement, Thursday (25/9/2025).
In addition to sending aviators to France, the Indonesian Air Force also matures the development of Rafale support infrastructure in the country.
Roesmin Nurjadin Land, Pekanbaru, became the center of the Rafale facility, ranging from hangars, maintenance areas, to training centers (training centers).
According to Nyoman, the infrastructure is expected to be ready to be used in conjunction with the arrival of Rafale to Indonesia, so that the operation of the aircraft can be directly running optimally. “The construction of Rafale facilities in Roesmin Nurjadin Field, Pekanbaru, continues to be matured, ranging from hangars, maintenance areas, to training centers, so it is expected to support the operation of Rafale when arriving in Indonesia,” he said.
Rafale is a 4.5 generation fighter aircraft from France chosen by Indonesia to strengthen the air matra equipment.
Its presence is expected to not only improve the combat capabilities of the Indonesian Air Force, but also strengthen the national air defense system as a whole.
Previously, The Chief Of Staff Of The Air Force (KSAU) Marshal Of The TNI M. Tonny Harjono confirmed that the three Rafale fighter jets ordered by Indonesia will arrive early in 2026.
He said the three planes were planned to arrive in February-March 2026.
“So, we are preparing to receive the arrival of a Rafale plane, a French-made plane. The plan is between February or March, we will receive the first batch of three aircraft first,” said Tonny, when met at Halim Perdanakusuma Field, Saturday (09/13/2025).
Tonny said the initial disposition of these three Rafale fighter jets would be stationed in Pekanbaru. “So far we are preparing the infrastructure facilities in Pekanbaru to be able to receive Rafale aircraft. Please if you want to see [The aircrafts], come to Pekanbaru” he said.

Actually, it was mentioned in a local news three days ago (23 Sept), but no one seems to notice it
Next Update Rafale to JP tree after Gripen Inshallah
Update: it seems like the possibly new sukhoi camo image has been deleted, so I’ve decided to do the same here just in case. Most likely will be showcased during the Armed Forces Anniversary, but we’ll see
Yes it was also showcased in a photo on wednesday so its not like they’re hiding it

Vehicle showcased during the Rehearsal for the Armed Forces Anniversary
Some interesting thing of note:
The P6 ATAV QW-3 has two versions, one with only a singular missile and one with dual launchers (left is single, right is dual)
sighting of the URO VAMTAC LTV (a bit rare to see it ngl):
Another rare sight is this, the Mistral Coordination Post. This vehicle, as the name suggest, acts as the Radar for the Mistrals, of both the Sherpa MPCV & the Pindad Komodo Mistral

X band radar, manned by a single person, can detect targets up to 30,000 meters & height up to 4,000 meters. Has IFF
What do you guys think about tanks Malaysia tested being added. These tanks where specially built for them.
Usually depends in the situation. I generally don’t support just adding things because they were considered at some point, I’d look at these case-by case, how and where they were tested, how close they might have been to adoption and so on.
For example I’d support the Indonesian Wiesel 1A4, which would’ve been bought had Germany not pulled out of the sale later. While the Wiesel 1A4 by itself isn’t modified, Indonesia also had a unique variant with an enclosed 12.7mm turret made, though sadly this armament seems to weak for the game.

For vehicles that are actually uniquely made or modified for a nation but lost I’d say they’re much closer in concept to prototypes that just didn’t go anywhere rather than the classic idea of the trial vehicle, so I don’t think those should be an issue.
